This place is tired and has no real customer service at all. Like a number of places post-covid, they have no facilities to eat and drink open. However there is nothing, no vending machine, no mini bar except for 2 cans of coke in the fridge. They basically just pull the covers back on the bed everyday and I had a pillow that fell on the fall on the Monday and it was put back on the bed Thursday. I can't see myself staying there again and for $200 odd per night there's no real value.

There has been some refurbishment, the bed was comfortable and the unit had a table and chairs. The only sink was in the bathroom and it was difficult to fit the kettle under it to fill. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, possibly due to the inclement weather and the construction next door.

I wouldn't ever stay there again. We let them know that the room smelled when entered, because the toilet was leaking on the floor, their reply was "well we have fixed some of them". The window in the bathroom had no latch and couldn't be shut completely. The carpet was sticky. Heat pump positioned next to the bed blowing over our sleeping position resulting in a cold. Wifi password there in the room but wasnt connected so only able to watch free to air tv. Was told by manager that it was a smart tv (which wont work if there isnt internet). Their advertising says high speed internet. Paid over the top price because Bathurst 1000 was on.

Reception was great in giving us a ground floor room late in the day. Room could do with a spruce up - paint and a bit of attention to the skirting boards and bathroom door would be nice. A/C remote not working - quickly exchanged by reception with a replacement remote. First motel room I've stayed in where there was no extra roll of toilet paper - finding out at 5 am was not great! Despite being on a main road, room was quiet - no noise problems.

Well located motel on the way into Bathurst. Beware, not rooms are equal. We were fortunate that reception was prepared to move us when the allocated room on the ground floor was found to be dark and pokey. Sadly the towel rail in the bathroom was very loose, and we had to move the TV in order to find a powerpoint to plug in the jug. Only one reading light is not enough for two people. Otherwise comfortable enough.

The window in the bathroom had no latch and couldn't be shut completely. The carpet was sticky. Heat pump positioned next to the bed blowing over our sleeping position resulting in a cold. Wifi password there in the room but wasnt connected so only able to watch free to air tv. Was told by manager that it was a smart tv (which wont work if there isnt internet). Their advertising says high speed internet. Paid over the top price because Bathurst 1000 was on.

I wouldn't ever stay there again. We let them know that the room smelled when entered, because the toilet was leaking on the floor, their reply was "well we have fixed some of them". Overall clean and spacious, air conditioning is old and noisy though, the hotel should get them replaced.
