The property looks decent from the outside and the lobby is nice but that’s about where it ends. This is a pet friendly hotel and while I am a cat and dog owner the smell of this hotel is awful. As you walk down the halls all you smell is pee. The elevators smell like wet dogs and our room and a funky smell. The room looked ok but if you’re on using the pull out bed DONT it’s so awful literally a nice thick and you can feel every bar and spring. We called and asked for a new one or another to put on top but weee told they couldn’t help us. We went to Walmart and bought an air mattress to put on top. The carpets in and outside the rooms are dirty and the pillows were the WORST we have ever had they are down and flat as pancakes we called sown and asked for 6 more just to try and make 2 normal pillows. Breakfast was good and had good choices the pool was nice but the one with the waterfall was freezing and the one without was warm but dirty. Just felt like the entire place was dirty and needed updating! Especially the carpets!!

Great location. Family friendly. Loved the full size fridge in the room. Good breakfast offering. The kids loved having the heated pool, ping pong, putting green and outdoor game available. Front desk staff were super helpful!

Unfortunately this hotel is getting pretty beat up. A/C is extremely noisy, carpeting needs cleaning or replacing, both elevators “clunk” when going up and down, one pool is nice while the other is not.

The Hilton Homesuites of Port Richey, FL is pretty sweet. The room/suite is very spacious - it’s literally like a small apartment with everything except a washer and dryer. The lobby is spacious and clean, the dining area also spacious and clean. The breakfast is just the basics but plenty of warm options. The outdoor area is complete with two pools! With a lovely waterfall like feature, hot tub and an area with nice grills provided. I didn’t think the rates were bad considering the size of room and the amenities. They also allow pets, a plus for travelers with pets. I wouldn’t say Port Richey is a destination city, it’s an affordable spot accessible to other fun things; but I think this Hilton is a worthy place to keep you entertained and cozy in itself.

The hotel is located on a multi-lane high traffic street. Our room was on the back and that we didn’t hear any traffic noise at all. It is an older property, fairly well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. I wish we would also serve dinner, since there is no restaurant walking distance in the area, and the few that are there are not the greatest.There is absolutely no place to walk near the hotel, but they have a well appointed gym. One thing I didn’t like is that when we checked in the hotel they told us how to access the Wi-Fi, but we soon figured out that we needed to sign up for Hilton membership in order to do so. We do not like to give our data to these corporate entities when there is no specific When we complained, they gave us an access code for the internet.

Rooms are very nice, breakfast quality was Ok, but not to my like. They lack of pool security and they have 2 BBQ’s but one did not work and the other one was dirty. No one cleaned it from one day to the other. Pools (2) are very nice with enough space for guests.

We had to change rooms because the first one smelled like urine, cigarettes and mold. When we pulled out the sofa bed, the cover was stained with something that looked like blood. The lady at the front desk was very nice though. The hotel just definitely needs to be remodeled.

The room was not cleaned during our stay. My white socks were brown from the dirty floor. I had to go to the desk twice to get towels for our room. The bed sheets were wrinkled under the duvet. The bed was hard and no topper available. My husband nor I could sleep on this bed so much so that we left for the airport 4 hours early. I am surprised Hilton would allow their name to be attached to this facility.

The entire hotel and hallways smelled like weed, the carpets were dirty and I had to call down to the front desk after 3 days to ask them to sweep! We stayed in Room 330 which is a 2-bedroom suite that sleeps 7. However they didn’t have enough utensils or plates. The king suite bathroom pipes make a loud noise that made me call front desk at midnight and they told me maintenance man isn’t onsite! We have stayed at his hotel for the last 3 years over the holiday but I will not stay again as it is run down.

I thought the hotel was nice, they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body gel, but we’re empty and when asked to be refilled, they were not. Room was a little outdated, and the pullout bed was very uncomfortable, and the mattress on the king size bed was also uncomfortable needs to be replaced.

Yes, the room definitely blew me away. The hotel was beautiful, had a nice pool. Area, but we loved our room had a full kitchenette. With a full fridge, not a mini fridge and freezer couch ottoman coffee table I was shocked on the space but the screen size of the TV though was like a 28-32" real small for being 2025. But aside from that, everything was amazing.

Front desk was very polite. We had to check out a day early due to a lm emergency in WV but didn’t get a refund .that was a little disappointing. Great breakfast. Couch on room needs replaced could feel springs . Bathroom needs updated . And maybe a few more dishes and supplies in kitchen. Pool area was nice also

The hotel and the room were beautiful! i had the king studio, it was huge. The only negative i have to say is they charged me a fee for my Emotional Support Animal. Ive stayed in many many hotels and have never been charged for my ESA. Seems like that is Hiltons policy. Unfortunately, I guess next time i will chose anotherhotel brand.

My room had two AC units one for the living room area and one for the room well the AC unit for the room was not working properly did not want to cool down pass 76 degrees I notified front desk after not sleeping well because I like to sleep in a cold room first thing in the morning and they said they would send service to fix it after along day at beach come back same problem went to sleep to a not so cold room called 2 more times service never came nevertheless after second night we left disappointed all the front desk said was they will notify management guess I won’t be staying again

Overall, we were happy with the space, comfort, pool area, buffet breakfast and nice pricing of our accessible executive suite...although our sofabed was broken. We especially enjoyed the make-your-own waffles with so many great toppings! We were happy enough, but the hotel definitely needs some renovation and better service and management.

My room had two AC units one for the living room area and one for the room well the AC unit for the room was not working properly did not want to cool down pass 76 degrees I notified front desk after not sleeping well because I like to sleep in a cold room first thing in the morning and they said they would send service to fix it after along day at beach come back same problem went to sleep to a not so cold room called 2 more times service never came nevertheless after second night we left disappointed all the front desk said was they will notify management guess I won’t be staying again

We stayed before an were not as happy as previous. Upon check-in we asked if we can change from a studio to 1 bedroom. The desk attendant did not even check and just responded "nothing available". About an hour later when I was sitting in lounge area I heard her complain to guests about Door Dash on how it is "not her job" to help guests get their orders (even though poster in elevator advertises partnership with door dash). Our room had a bleach smell when we arrived but when that wore off it became a musty smell. Was not horrible but not as good as our stay last year.

I do not like to post negative comments but for others that live with chronic health issues I hope this encourages the staff to make appropriate changes. I have stayed at this hotel countless times with no issues. I received a room that had not been cleaned to any standards. I took pictures where the toilet was dirty, food on remote uncleaned counters and layers of dust. When requesting a room change due to high allergies to the dust by the bed tables and in the air i was told no other rooms available management steven was unable to refund the stay unless they were able to rebook the room.(this was stating no gaurantee) After the assistance recieved at the front desk i did not feel confident that i would be receiving any refund or followup to my issue. I requested a room purifier to be left in the room after they had a gentlman come wipe the room in which i left for 4 hours for the dust to clear as I had already had ashtma side effects from the short entry into the room.With the serious need for sanitazion and cleanliness in todays world i was very disappointed in the treatment and handling of the situation. The consideration for others health was completely disregarded by the staff and managment. I received no follow up from other management as I was told they would be in on 9/25 and would be aware of the incident.

Tina at the front desk is phenomenal. She treated us so kind and so warm and welcoming during the hurricane Irma I can’t say enough. Also, Kim was very kind and went above and beyond as well kudos to both of those women they have gone above and beyond their duty of customer service. We greatly appreciate everything they have done for us and everybody during this trying time and the staff really tries hard there and they try really hard to accommodate everybody.

Old outdated carpet, cupboard sliding doors broken, towel rack broken , first night at 1130pm as we are about to sleep realized our bed was missing the comforter/blanket we called down to find out they had a terrible guy Ryan that refused to bring us a comforter stating he cant leavehis desk we explained we had sleeping children he had a nasty attitude and was very condescending i have pictures of hiw dirty the cents were qe coughed all night they are short staffed supposedly but at 1102 when check out is 11am someone was knocking on the door. The hotel is located on a multi-lane high traffic street. Our room was on the back and that we didn’t hear any traffic noise at all. It is an older property, fairly well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. I wish we would also serve dinner, since there is no restaurant walking distance in the area, and the few that are there are not the greatest.There is absolutely no place to walk near the hotel, but they have a well appointed gym. One thing I didn’t like is that when we checked in the hotel they told us how to access the Wi-Fi, but we soon figured out that we needed to sign up for Hilton membership in order to do so. We do not like to give our data to these corporate entities when there is no specific When we complained, they gave us an access code for the internet.

This hotel is not in a great area but it is next to Route 19 so easy access on and off to where you have to go. This hotel may not be in a good location but it is a little oasis so there is no reason to leave. The heated outside pool was always full and kids had a great time. The people I met there were friendly and nice, the staff was great and knowledgably. I love the wednesday happy hour another reason not to leave the property. The breakfast was exactly what people wanted just enough and it was always being replenished. The room was comfortable and nice to be able to cook in your room too.

The rooms are exceptionally large with full kitchen separate bedroom 2 TVs pull out sofa and the price for 2 nights was amazing with breakfast included, breakfast was different each morning and this was definitely a perk, we've stayed at a lot of motels always making sure breakfast is included and this was a first to have different hot entree's each morning! This Hilton was not like any other. It needs a series updating. I had two blow dryers go out on me and the breakfast was not even warm. The coffee was cold. We had to put it in the microwave to heat it up. The little potato cakes were kind of cold too nothing was really warm and they didn’t have a selection like you normally have at other Hilton. and as a were trying to work on the place. There was white paint left in the elevator throughout the whole day, even until the next day. I just feel like Hilton could’ve been a little bit more cleaner. I mean, you pay quite a bit of money for amenities, but this place was not like normal Hilton. I will say the staff was super nice though. I was also without lotion for a few days. They never even checked that you don’t get room service every day that you’re there. They give you three towels to a room which if there’s two people and you take a shower in the morning at night and you don’t get room service every day I kind of makes an inconvenient I was a little disappointed.

The staff were so helpful and amazing. The pools were clean until the pool without the waterfall broke and become chemically imbalanced. The hot tub wasn’t hot, it was lukewarm. The beds were the WORST part. That is my biggest complaint. We actually left early because the beds were so terrible our bodies hurt. The breakfast was always hot and plentiful, well stocked.
