We booked for location and for the bar & restaurant on property. However, it was closed. Covered parking didn’t fit our vehicle. Room was dirty, shower had a bunch of soap scum and the shower head leaked. Looks like they have tried fixing it before. Carpet was tearing as well. We won’t be back.

Room was fantastic and restaurant was excellent! Staff was very courteous. Parking is a little tight but not a major issue. Without a doubt, I will stay here again next time I visit Jackson Hole!! Gym was great too!

Great location with easy access to airport, National park, & mountain, walkable to shopping & dining, clean, friendly staff, good fitness center. Only negative was AC only went down to 68, & parking was tight especially as most vehicles were big SUVs or minivans.

Night time street noise apparent enough to disturb sleep. Breakfast items were very good but not always available and trash receptacle was always full. Breakfast location was severely space limited and was truly meant as a grab & go. The facility was weathered and showed its age Garage parking was limited and tight Shower controls were very unique The staff was very friendly and helpful Good location

If there was a concern it would be the limited parking. But I was lucky to find a spot both nights. So much is within walking distance so the car wasn’t needed to be moved much.

This was great place for our stay! It was easily accessible from our drive to and from Grand Teton Park and the other areas we visited. The staff were very friendly. The parking garage was a bit odd and also really tight to get into and out of. There is also a small parking lot at the hotel.

We had an excellent experience at the White Buffalo. We stayed during “off season” so the restaurant was closed. We received multiple emails from them notifying of this before our stay. The staff was so helpful in recommending restaurants, finding wildlife and activities since a lot was closed during this time. The hotel was super clean and amenities were great for our stay!

Dirty hotel for the price. Room is large but dated. Hotel is OK - it’s more of a 2 -3 star hotel but certainly not worth the price point. Service at the hotel was slow.

The good part: this is a fantastic location. Over a 4 day trip, we were able to get to every restaurant, coffee shop, etc that we wanted to go to without ever getting in the car. And my wife thought the takeaway breakfast options were better than expected. The bad part: the building itself is meh and isn't even close to appropriate for the price point. The whole building feels dated. Walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors moving around. The building is located on the truck route through town, so the poor sound insulation is particularly annoying. Housekeeping came by while we had our do-not-disturb sign out in the morning and never bothered to come back (even though they were still cleaning other rooms when we left for the day.) The shower had a terrible design (door opens blocking the faucet, so you have to reach around the door to turn on the water) and the door wouldn't stay closed.

Staff was very friendly and the room had all the amenities you need!! Loved the bathrobes and the option of having a washer & dryer in the room. Complimentary to go breakfast options were great and the coffee delicious. Location is convenient and walkable to town. My only suggestion is it’s time for new sheets, they are noisy and the duvet stained. This small upgrade would make a world of difference.

Our towels were not replaced for our Day 2 though requested on check in as an option. The rugs were dirty and when we checked in we were advised there was a maintenance issue with our dishwasher which we told them was not going to be used…just seemed a little haphazard…also didn’t give us check out key or parking pass.

A beautiful property and the penthouse provided us more room than we imagined. Easily walkable to downtown, but still outside the hustle and noise of the cowboy bar scene. Only issue was many broken or worn items which should be better maintained for a room and resort at this price point. Cracked countertop, bathroom faucet not attached to sink firmly, broken antlers on wall, etc.

We were there three nights and they never cleaned our room. In addition the door was impossible to lock. We complained about both the lock and the lack of housekeeping and got nowhere. Most of the time there was nobody at the front desk and there was nobody to be found. Breakfast was abysmal. It’s a great location, but the experience and service were not worth the price.

Wonderful stay. Went here with my husband, also my brother who got his own room. We picked the same room, the Miller Park Suites, but there are different sizes, & we were given the smaller (probably meant for 1) room & my brother was given the larger (for 2) room. We switched, of course. Other than that check-in mistake, everything was wonderful. The bed's headboard backed up to the balcony hallway so there was no noise from the neighboring room (although I found out it was unoccupied; it was for sale!). The bathroom vanity area was huge, the washer/dryer came with detergent pods (but no dryer sheets; I brought some from home), the kitchen was fully equipped which I expected but still loved. The furnace was a bit wonky, sometimes it would go up in temp even after we turned it down. I wish the walls extended up to the very high ceiling. The grab & go breakfast was really good except no fruit at all. We were there for 4 weeknights so parking was not an issue; I imagine it would be on weekends. We could have parked in the covered garage if we wanted. We did not try the on-site restaurant. I would highly recommend these particular suites to anyone staying in Jackson.

Lovely suite with comfortable places to hang out. We didn’t realize there was no housekeeping service and they not gave us coffee for one morning. Lobby coffee isn’t available til 7:30. The beds are old and hard on the back. If they would correct these things it would make the rooms a good value. We stayed here so we could walk and not have to park.

We had an incredible stay at the White Buffalo Club. The staff is extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating! The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We even got laundry and a fridge/oven which was so helpful for our ski trip. The hotel is walkable to everything in town and most importantly the shuttle to Jackson Hole Mountain. We HIGHLY recommend staying at the White Buffalo Club if you're in Jackson!

We were greeted by a very very friendly young lady at the front desk. She was so pleasant and helped us find our room and also gave us great recommendations for dinner. She went above and beyond. The room was very clean and very nice. Worth every penny. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Where do I start? Well the staff are outstanding. A big shout out to Brendan and Jade who are absolutely amazing! All the staff were friendly, helpful and fabulous. The breakfast was brilliant and the location is awesome. A few minutes walk to all your local restaurants and shops. We stayed in a suite and the amenities were great, a very well equipped kitchen plus toiletries, robes and clean towels every day. Any small issue we had was dealt with politely, professionally and promptly.You couldn't ask for more. We had a fantastic time and would love to return as soon as we can. We miss you already White Buffalo Club!

When paying $400 a night to stay at a hotel, I would expect them to be able to staff the front desk and provide key cards that work. We never got a working key card to our room and asked 5 times for a key card. When coming home after dinner, we had to wait and follow another couple in because the front doors were locked and we didn’t have a working key card. We then had to borrow a master key from the drawer of the front desk to get into our room. Absolutely ridiculous for what we are paying to not have staff available to provide a working key card.

First day the door wouldn’t latch. Maintenance came and couldn’t fix it. Had to change rooms at 7pm. The next room we were told was an upgrade, was much older. Came back the next day after hiking all day and our key wouldn’t work. Had to wait 15-20 min for them to figure out where the master key set was. The front desk attendant smelled like weed every time she came to the room to fix said doors.

The room itself was ok. At 6am two of our 3 mornings loud trucks dragging metal ramps yes… dragging down the drive between buildings. Bed was terrible for comfort. Icing on the cake? Despite checking online prior to booking about the restaurant and bar being open (reason we booked over other hotels with hot tubs ect) they were closed, no apologies nothing. When we asked receptionist where we might find food close by she said idk while barely looking up from scrolling on her phone. Some of the front staff was sweet. Most just scrolled their phones. When we asked for management to contact us twice, not only were they unavailable all days we were there they never called. Worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Bathroom was exceptional and that’s about it.

I had a hard stay with y'all. There was someone with a pressure washer outside my window at 5:30 am the first morning. There is no reason to start that at that hour. Let your guests sleep. Then, the second night, the fire alarm was going off intermittently all night. Brutal. And, I got to the hotel around 11 on the 24th and my key did not work. I went to the front desk and there was no one there. I get it. after hours. but, there was no one managing the phone in case someone called with a problem like I had. I was saved by one of your kitchen staff who was cleaning floors who was most helpful and concerned about my situation. Overall, my stay with you was not the best.

Really nice stay for our family. 5 min walk to center of Jackson. Easy parking (hotel wasn’t that busy when we stayed). Room was cleaned everyday (not a given anymore in the post COVID world). We made dinner one night and the small kitchen had everything we needed. Washer/drier came in huge bc the snow. Grab n go breakfast was a bit underwhelming

The WB was amazing. The room was fantastic, staff go above and beyond. The steak room downstairs was outstanding! Strongly recommend if you are looking for top class accommodations.

Very nice studio apartment. We felt as though we were at home. The front desk staff was very friendly and nice and always helpful. Unfortunately, we went at the wrong time of year and the on-site restaurant was closed. I'm sure it would have been amazing though. We will definitely go back some day. I would highly recommend.
