Descanse muy bien, la habitación cumplió con lo descrito. La zona se ve descuidada pero es seguro. Lo que no me gustó fue la limpieza de exteriores del hotel

The staff was very nice & helped get us checked in earlier than we were supposed to & after 6 hours of driving we were tired so that was just amazing for us!

The room is very dated with cracks in the wall and in the bathtub. Looked Like dirt it was cracked so badly. The refrigerator is nice being full size but the fan was very loud and ran constantly. The neighbors upstairs were up till 2:00 am Friday night and again till midnight Sati night . The sound of them walking and moving chairs kept me up late into the night. The biggest opportunity is the amount of homeless sleeping in cars in the Southwest side of the property. At the entrance there is so much homeless trash that it leaves entering the property a second thought. My keycards failed to work each of the two days I was there and had to return to the office each day to have them Rekeyed . There was simply a bar of soap in the bathroom and no other shampoos This site should Be downgraded as a one star long term loacatjon. Sorry but please work on cleaning f up the trash and help the homeless to find another place to live.

First, Why am I being charged additonal $70 along with the $82 deposit. My window screen was broken as if someone had tried to break in. Outside is not well kept, room is very outdated. Very sketchy people hanging around. When I call to the front desk the line just hangs up. I WILL NOT EVER BOOK THROUGH HOTELS.COM again shame for them even having this place. Pictures look nothing like the property!
