Booked 2 rooms got 1 asked for the kitchen accessories, never got - primary reason to chose this one multiple charges on credit card. confirmed reimbursed for 1 room, never received it.

Hotel was unkept and the room was not clean. The first room we were given was occupied and we had to request another room. The 2nd room was not clean. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken off the wall. The windows was broke and would not close. There was also holes in the screen. We were highly dissatisfied and asked for a refund and left the property. Would not recommend.

The place is sketchy, grass is overgrown, litter all over the ground and cigarettes butts all over the sidewalk. Almost certain there was blood and vomit by the front entrance. Got a room key because I traveled 6 1/2 hours and they double booked the room with another guest. So I was screwed out of a room and my money. I was told I would get a refund. Still waiting on it. Had to spend more money on a different hotel. Just don’t stay there. Hopefully they will get shut down. Filing reports to as the manager refuses to answer.

Upon arrival at 9pm, I was instructed by the front desk that “no rooms were available.” This is the second time of two bookings they’ve punted my paid booking. Look elsewhere for a place that will honour bookings!
