Hotel Relais Vecchio Maso

Clean rooms and hotel. Excellent service at the restaurant. Couldn’t open the windows or use the balcony/deck because there was a very loud, constant sound coming from beneath the deck - maybe the HVAC system? Unbearably loud, 24x7. Upon checkout, I wanted to tip the chambermaid but realized only had US dollars. I asked for advice from the woman at the front desk and her response was that they had “No use for dollars”, her overall tone condescending, as if I was offering complete garbage. I realize it wasn’t ideal but I wanted to leave the chambermaid something rather than nothing. The negative interaction was a disappointing last experience with the hotel .

L' edificio è molto ben organizzato, camere ampie con bagni comodi, personale estremamente gentile, disponibile e molto competente, la colazione di ottima fattura, meno il frigobar vuoto che non viene riempito e le ciotole per la colazione troppo piccole per i cereali

Nach einer 9-stündigen Autofahrt waren die Kids natürlich voller Hoffnung in einem Pool hüpfen zu können, nur leider war der Bereich für Kids gesperrt. Zum Glück gab es in der Nähe einen tollen See und das Wetter hat gepasst, um das Erlebnis noch mitzunehmen. Noch etwas freundlicher könnte das Personal sein. Sie wirkten recht reserviert…

Angenehmes Hotel, normale Preise und freundliches Personal. Als Zwischenstop sehr passend. Eine gute Pizzeria ist nur 100m entfernt, man hätte aber auch im Hotel Abendessen können.
