Es wurde gesagt dass parken erlaubt und kostenlos ist Aber wurde nicht eingehalten und man musste Für 30$ pro Nacht parken Unverschämt

Staff were pleasant enough, room was clean as you'd expect, and i like the fact they don't have any problems with luggage storage for the day if you have a late flight.

Very nice, great location, very helpful and friendly staff, heating was working during the cold nights. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was basic with all I needed, you just need to wash the dishes yourself. Quiet location, elevator.

Not the hotel’s fault but there is massive building works going on opposite the hotel which is vey noisy and dusty. Otherwise the hotel is great and well located. Staff very friendly and helpful

The communal areas of Hotel PurPur are nice and modern. The lobby was spacious and the staff friendly. The room I was in (probably one of the cheaper) was spacious enough with room for luggage and a comfy bed. The windows opened wide for air. What let the room down were the appliances. The TV was older than I'm sure some of the guests were (possibly) and the fridge was possibly the noisiest fridge I have ever known. If I had not been a reserved Brit, stiff upper lip and all, I would have complained. Hotel PurPur need to sort that fridge out. The hotel is a little bit of a walk from transport but it's on a pleasant area. I would book the hotel again but would make sure I didn't get that fridge.

Accommodations were ok. A bit on the dated side. Kitchen and bathroom was below average condition. They could have replaced the backsplash that was browned and cracked. Turning on the bigger stove blew a circuit. Couldn't reach reception after hours but thank goodness found the breaker panel in the room yo reset. The bathroom had a bad vinyl smell that emanated into the sleeping area so we had to keep door closed, and towel heater controls were non existent. Most displeasing was it took half an hr to get checked in. And the person checking us in either couldn't do math or not very good at communicating in a different language. Check in should not take so long. Location though was pretty decent and close to sites we wanted to visit.

Please be aware if checking in after hours that the hotel direct message you with Key/Safe information as I didn’t get the information at 1am after my late flight & they blamed this messaging system so I ended up stranded at 1:30 without a room

Hotellet har framförallt bra läge vilket är ett plus. Rummet var helt OK att sova i men möbler kändes inte särskilt fräscha och framförallt var ventilationen under all kritik. Rummet kändes konstant fuktigt och luktade både instängt och avlopp. Försökte stänga igen badrummet men avloppslukten låg över hela rummet.

The place is very run down and the smell in the room was shocking. A major issue with the plumbing The staff were mint though that made it a little more torrible

Duschhuvudet som sitter i taket i duschen var täkt av mögel så vi fick sätta en påse över det för att kunna använda duschslangen istället.

Rummet var okej Sängen var okej. Badrummet läcker vatten och har tyvärr vattenskador.

Läget var toppen. Vi fick lyx med balkong på 4 våningen. Sängarna var sköna. Dock hade vi bekymmer med mjölbaggar så allt fick vi lägga i kylen (som luktade lite unket)

良かった点 ・部屋が広い ・レセプションの方の対応が親切 ・洗面台が広々して使いやすい ・静かな環境 悪かった点 ・施設が古い。特にキッチンはかなり年季が入っており、コンロは一応使えましたが使いづらく、取り替えが必要かと思います。 冷蔵庫のモーターの音もとてもうるさく、夜中に何回か目が覚めることもありました。 ・清掃時にトイレットペーパーとシャンプー等のアメニティの補充が一切なかった為、毎日レセプションに貰いに行か必要がありました。なぜ補充されないのか意味が分からず、大変手間でした。 ・皆さん書いてましたが、シャワーカーテンが短い為、シャワー後にバスルームの床が濡れてしまいます。 ・部屋の中が暗い。

Great location and friendly staff. Room was filthy, ants everywhere and very tired.

The room was clean, the towels changed each day. Extra pillows provided on request. Easy check in and key provided if late back.

Small room

Our room was tiny in comparison to all the other rooms we had stayed at during our trip. There was the tiniest of kitchenettes, but you would have to sit on the bed or at the small desk to eat anything you cooked. The cooking pan was worn to the point that it should have been replaced. The room was otherwise ok. Our room faced an inner courtyard type area, but we didn't have access to it. However, it was a very quiet room. We never heard anything from outside unless we opened our window, and we very rarely ever heard any of the other guests. We never requested housekeeping, yet every day the room was serviced, which was nice to come back to. The people staffing the front desk were welcoming and helpful when we had questions about the area and transportation. It's about a 2 block walk to the nearest tram stops, ATM, and main streets.

Really great place to stay considering the price. The kitchenette was clean and the minibar was stacked with plenty (prices wernt too bad either). There was only one spounge in the kitchenette which was annoying because it got dirty very quickly. There was no air con so i was boiling alive at night But thats the only negatives I can think of to be honest.

The wife was not good and this has been said for sometime but nothing is done about There are many hotels near by that are much better

No air conditioning meant sleeping with windows open and that let noise from the street in. The street is quiet, but cobblestones and occasional walkers can make enough noise not to allow a quiet sleep. Besides this, good property with very kind staff.

It was clean and spacious and moreover it is very near the city centre. However, the shower area tends to flood water out and also the internet is very slow. Overall, the experience was good

Everything was very good if not excellent: the hotel’s cleanliness, reception desk service, the kitchenette and the Excellent Location near many transportation facilities. My main complaints are two: A. The refrigerator motor made a humming sound that went on and off but was mainly on - and if I woke up at night for some reason - it made it quite hard for me to fall back asleep. I had to bury my head inside two feather pillows to block the noise. B. My room came equipped with four mattresses: two on a double bed frame and two single beds, at lower heights (for children). My mattress (which I chose to sleep on) was closest to the bathroom. It sagged very much and I’m used to a firm mattress. The other mattress, which must’ve been less used, seemed firmer. So I switched them but with considerable effort. I didn’t want to wait until the morning when the housekeeping staff arrived. I personally switch, rotate and flip my mattresses at home to make sure that they get used equally. I think that the hotel staff should do the same.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my stay due to several issues. Firstly, the heating system was not working, and there was no air conditioning in the room either. While the outside temperature under the zero at night, the only source of warmth in the room was the towel radiator in the bathroom. However, this was insufficient, and it was very difficult to sleep in the cold. Despite notifying the staff about the issue as soon as I entered the room, no solution was provided. Additionally, I had booked a room with a double bed, but they gave me two single beds pushed together. Even though the beds were joined, there was an uncomfortable gap in between, so I could only use one side of the bed. This place might be suitable for those looking for an cheap and short-term stay, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

The room was ok, but it's been 2 weeks since I checked out and still haven't had my holding deposit back

Super Lage in der Altstadt. Personal sehr freundlich. Sauberkeit auch in Ordnung. Würde jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

I had a few days to spend in Prague, so I chose to come again to PurPur. Walking distance from everything in the city center. Amazing conditions for the price. Very clean. And I got a fantastic room, very spacious, with a nice viewing glass into the shower. Perfect for young people traveling to Prague

Gutes Preis-leistungsverhältnis. Sehr nah am Zentrum und nettes Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Sogar ein kleines Frühstück ist dabei. Gerne wieder… speziell dank der Lage in wenigen Minuten beim Wenzelsplatz.

Good location and a 15 minute walk from the main station. and metro..Eating and drinking options nearby..will stay again and good value for the money…

トラムの駅から5分程度歩けば到着できる好立地。夜は人通りが少ないため若干怖かったが、トラブルは全くなかった。部屋はとても広く清潔。バス、トイレもきれいでゆっくりくつろぐことができた。周辺観光地はのアクセスもとてもよかった。レセプションの対応もとてもよかった。

Location is perfect for walking in the central Prague. The hotel is in the center but the street is quiet and there were not so much crowds in the neighborhood area. Tram and metro lines are also easily accessible. Personnel was nice and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus.

I loved the place. I booked a single room and it was clean, the bathrooms were clean, the bed sheets were fresh. For the price I booked, it was excellent. In a quite area. 15 mins Walking distance to downtown. There is a market next door. The breakfast is decent, not excellent but it gives you the things you need for the start of the day. Highly recommend it.

The property is well located and we'll maintained. The free coffee and "snacks" they offer every morning (no hot food , so they say it's not a full breakfast) was more than enough for me to start my day. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Tutto sommato il soggiorno nell’hotel è stato piacevole. Quando pulivano la camera, è capitato un paio di volte che ci lasciassero solo un asciugamano, quando eravamo in 2, e spesso, se non su mia richiesta, mancava sempre il “bagnoschiuma” in bagno. Colazione scarsissima, pochissime cose che non erano neanche chissà cosa alla fine.

Struttura in linea con la classificazione e il prezzo. Chi come me si accontenta di pulizia, buoni servizi, cortesia del personale e ottima posizione non può pretendere di più. Anche se non citata, la colazione è inclusa. Buono il wifi, puntuali i servizi di tranfer. La posizione permette di girare il centro a piedi e comunque si hanno a pochi passi metro, bus, tram. Strada silenziosa giorno e notte e nelle vicinanze birrerie, ristoranti e markets La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento ma nel complesso è più che accettabile. Non credete alle recensioni fortemente negative, probabilmente cercavano un 4 o 5 stelle ma allora dovevano pagare di conseguenza....

Personnel was very helpful and lovely all the time. Location was on a small street so not much traffic noise or fully crowded streets in that close by area, at least not in late April/early May. Shower, mini kitchen, bed, fridge were all well functioning. They do not advertise as having breakfast but that was a great bonus, complimentary from the hotel. Coffee, bread, yoghurt, fruits, sweet desserts. Very good way to start the day. Location is quite ideal in the central Prague. In 5 minutes walk you can go to the old town or walk to the metro, hop on the tram and access all the places even further away. Tips to visit quite close: Hopala restaurant/bar, Titanic (goat cheese salad OMG!), botanical garden. Other favourites on this trip were Banksy exhibition and the Gallery of steel figures, both in old town like 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel, totally worth the money and even more. Everything in old town and for example Charles bridge, Petrin park and the Prague castle are in a quite short walking distance from the hotel. Little complaints: Floor was not cleaned properly and the provided shower gel/ shampoo was totally not enough for one week (and no extra was given when I asked). The house was old and everything was maybe a little bit shabby. One oddity was a bathtub basically in the bedroom area with no access to the bathroom. And a curtain-sealed glass wall from the room to bathroom. But in general I was very happy with the hotel and I will go there again!

Hotel comodo al centro,per chi ama camminare sono 15 minuti di strada. Camera ampia e spaziosa con piccolo angolo cottura,di negativo odori persistenti di cucina clienti precedenti. Mancano punti di appoggio in bagno,tutto sommato è andata bene. Piccola colazione compresa, caffè meglio di molti locali in città.

Hotel essenziale, camere calde, spazio sufficiente, consigliato per chi non ha grosse pretese, ottimo per la sua posizione, sia per i mezzi pubblici che per il centro città. Anche se non c'è nella descrizione, offrono una piccola colazione al mattino.

Week-end in Prag. Central gut gelegenes Appartment-Hotel. Alles praktisch eingerichtet. Nahe im Zentrum und zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Sogar Kaffee gab es noch gratis zum Frühstück. Alles gut. Gerne wieder.
