Everything was amazing, the house is clean and exactly as seen in the pictures. Lots of stuff to do outdoors. Close to downtown, airport. Perfect vacation.

The house was perfect size for our need. We enjoyed the pool, playground and the patio. It was conveniently located to all our excursions. We could have used one more bathroom but we made it work.

This house is very well thought out to bring a group together. We all had our own rooms, but the design of the house meant that most of our time was spent hanging out as a group, which is why we booked the place. The pool is fantastic, the outdoor BBQ area is very relaxing, and the kitchen/living room was great to watch the Super Bowl. The neighborhood is quiet, which is a good thing, and the house is designed so that, once you are inside, you kind of forget about the neighbors. It is a blue-collar neighborhood with regular people, so don't expect a gated community, but who wants that anyway? I couldn't recommend this property enough.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette villa! Nous y étions en famille (bébé, enfants, parents et grands-parents) et tout le monde a été ravi. La villa était d'une propreté impeccable! La taille était parfaite et il y avait tous les équipements nécessaires. Le quartier est calme et sécuritaire, proche de l'autoroute (environ 30-45 min de Miami Beach). très bonne communication avec Nanni qui est très réactive. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour!

The property was exactly as expected. The house looked like the pictures. It was very clean and accommodated our 10 adults. Communication with the host was great and they addressed the one minor issue that we had. I would definitely stay here again and will be looking in to some of their other properties.
