This hotel was too expensive for the area and condition. Breakfast was ok, but the toaster didn’t work correctly and they don’t supply oil spray so that the waffles don’t stick to the waffle maker. The pool looked absolutely slimy. The front desk check in staff is very nice, informative and helpful.

Friendly staff. The pool is nice and clean, same for the meeting room and the patio outside. It’s quite comfortable and feel safe. Rooms follow the same idea and AC work well. A really nice hotel for short or long stay.

Check in was great. It was busy, but the front desk moved us through efficiently. Please have a look at the elliptical machine in the work-out room as it is making a grinding noise. Also the speed adjust on the treadmill next to the TV doesn't work. The second treadmill was already in use. The room was comfortable and the breakfast good. I don't understand the hourly charge if you stay past 11am. That feels ridiculous and a little petty as at one time typical checkout was at noon. The social distancing signs could probably come down.

I enjoyed my stay here. The pool and hot tub were clean, the patio was nice and clean as well with a fire pit. The rooms were clean and updated. The area was safe and just across the Mississippi River. The location made it easy to access lots of places in La Crosse and surrounding towns. I would stay here again. The staff was great and helpful.

Not sure why we were in a handicapped room, but the shower tile had mildew and the room smelled musty. Otherwise, just average. You get what you pay for. I had a good rate from Expedia.

The rooms were fairly small, but enough of you are just doing a quick day or two and not planning to stay in the room a lot. The fridge got cool but not cold. The beds were pretty comfy. The breakfast was quite limited and the toaster didn’t seem to work very well. We were in town for an event and this the price was elevated for what the hotel was actually worth. Definitely not a $200/night stay, more like $100/night max

We faced to dumpster and U-Haul, so no view. The TV did not work, first they said to unplug and plug back in. Didn’t help, then they said for us to come get a new remote at the desk? We were in our pjs, so that’s a no. I guess I thought they’d send maintenance. So unfortunately, we had no TV - since we were exhausted from packing up my daughter we were looking forward to chilling:( The staff that we dealt with were all courteous, room was clean - all was ok for a last minute reservation.

This hotel was not the worst I have stayed in but also was far from the best. Our room was quiet and the staff were very friendly but there was a few crickets in the room and it was humid and had an odd smell. Probably won’t stay here again.

If you just need a quick, cheap place to stay for a night, it will be fine. You can hear everything going on in the rooms and when we first walked in our room, it smelled musty. There is no coffee maker in the room, just a common area coffee bar next to check in. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was spacious enough for what we needed.

Got this hotel on a whim based on reviews. Check in was ok, price was ok, they changed our room last minute to try and give us a “better room” but we ended up having to hear a uhaul alarm system going off loudly at all hours of the night. TV remote was covered in something orange and sticky but the rest of the room was old but seemed clean. Surrounding area was a little dirty and not super close to anything. Breakfast bar was nice since they had a waffle maker but that’s about it.

The hotel was easy to find. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful, especially Cecilia at the front desk. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy. The hotel is a little older but was very clean. The man who was in charge of breakfast was very kind as well.

Arrived about 445pm and went to check in, was told the credit card system was down and they were unable to check us in. Said come back in 20 min. Upon return was still not working. They did text us at about 6pm that it was fixed. Everything else was very good, employees were very apologetic and handled it well.

Were there for a full week because of a memorial service and settling family affairs. People were very friendly and accommodating until the last day when we asked for a later check-out because of our late flight. We were told that there was a $15 charge per hour for late check-out even though the place was practically empty and there was nothing posted about the charge or about the "club" we had to belong to to avoid it. Felt very unfriendly and we decided to just leave.

This hotel was nice. It was clean and quiet. The hotel its self was great, however the lady ( Shelby) who helped us was so rude. She spoke over us and so fast. We absolutely did not feel welcomed here. Again, this place is clean and decent beds but the staff has terrible customer service.

Check in was amazing! Staff is friendly! I only had one issue and they were very apologetic.. even after i left the property Peggy called to check in on me which made me feel like i mattered! In all my travels this was the best place I've stayed!!!

We had ridden into an extremely heavy rainstorm, on our motorcycles prior to arrival. We were soaking wet as was most of our gear. Checking in was not a problem and we decided to stsy another night in order to wash and dry our clothing/ equipment out. The mansger, Mayur Patel, could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The desk clerk that signed us in the next morning was new, but worked very hard to make the process easy and she was so pleasant and happy. Her name was Kalue and she was so nice. Our toom was clean and comfortable. The hot tub by the indoor pool was a lifesaver. I.had hurt my back and it gave me so much needed relief! The laundry room only had 1 washer and dryer but the looked new and worked well. The laundry room had an adjustable ac unit in it that was very nice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. There was a vety nice diner directly across the parking lot that was nice too!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness, comfortable room, pool/hot tub (even though we didn't get a chance to use it), and breakfast. The neighborhood was fairly industrial, but the hotel itself was great. It was unfortunate that all the smokers hung out on the nice patio, but that's the breaks, I guess.

I enjoyed my stay here. The pool and hot tub were clean, the patio was nice and clean as well with a fire pit. The rooms were clean and updated. The area was safe and just across the Mississippi River. The location made it easy to access lots of places in La Crosse and surrounding towns. I would stay here again. The staff was great and helpful.

Property was clean, staff friendly, pool area was clean as well. Offered morning breakfast. Area was not walkable to restaurants, although a family restaurant shared a parking lot with the hotel. Overall it was a good hotel for an evening.

It's not downtown, however it's less than a 10 minute drive. There is a very good restaurant next door, it was very quiet and easy to find.

This hotel was too expensive for the area and condition. Breakfast was ok, but the toaster didn’t work correctly and they don’t supply oil spray so that the waffles don’t stick to the waffle maker. The pool looked absolutely slimy. The front desk check in staff is very nice, informative and helpful.

Very clean, well-maintained hotel. The breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast. The bathroom had a heat lamp and exhaust fan. The pool and hot tube were very nice. Excellent front desk staff.

I actually surprised how nice this hotel was. Please keep in mind that this is not a fancy 4 star hotel, but for the price it was a great stay. Only complaint I would have is that the breakfast was not the greatest, eggs and sausage were cold.

Everything about the hotel was good, except the condition of the hot tub. We like to use the hot tubs at hotels, and the one here was nice and large, but there was dirt in the corners and the side walls did not look clean. My husband got in and enjoyed it, but I just sat on the edge and put my feet in. Other than that I was happy with the hotel. I don't eat carbs in the morning, so I don't go to the breakfast rooms in hotels. My husband does though and he seemed satisfied with the offerings.

Our impression was the this hotel was a bit run down. The breakfast area was very ‘thrown together’ — too many tables for the small room—one was smashed up against the wall air conditioning—FREEZING to sit there because we were one table away and still felt chilled. Messy entryway. Pool/hot tub—pool was clean, good temperature. Hot tub, aging—not very hot.
