Loved the property- very nice and well kept. Gym is amazing- the only 3 rating was breakfast staff were rude and abrupt- not friendly in any way. Did not represent the brand well at all.

New dining area very nice. Room good. Pool was not clean and area getting to the pool was dirty.

Stayed 20 days for business. Here’s what Hilton Gold status got us: Room did not have required furniture (desk). Took almost a week to get moved to a new room where TV didn’t work. There was no water for three days and no hot water for almost a week. Staff was not apologetic or friendly, and offered no solutions. Toilets were scratched and disgusting (in both rooms). People came to breakfast buffet in pajamas and everything was dirty. Overall, it felt apocalyptic. I won’t ever return.

Hotel front desk staff was wonderful especially arriving later in the evening. The room(s) great and spacious! The workout area far exceeded expectation! We had planned on the pool, however there was no time. It isn't heated. Near all the things we were there to do! Will use this hotel for future travels when in the area!

We were really disappointed that the pool was not heated. It was too cold for us to be able to get in and enjoy as a family. The indoor pool was one reason we booked there and we were not able to enjoy it.

Expedia had reached out to the property to see if they would give any sort of a refund on my stay because when I initially checked in, I was not told that the hot tub was out of order. And that the pool was really nasty. We had drove about four hours to get to this hotel because it was near a spot that we wanted to go to. Our biggest factor and staying here was a hot tub and a pool. When the boys and I got towels from the front desk to go to the pool area, we were not told that the hot tub was green and out of order and that the pool was really gross and had a nasty film over it. So when I used my card to open the pool door, my kids ran to jump in into the hot tub, which was extremely disgusting, and I didn’t even know to tell them not to jump in it because I didn’t know It was Out of order and that it hadn’t worked for days. No one warned us about this at check-in when I called to confirm my stay, or even at checkout. I had brought this to the Attention to the woman at the front desk and She basically blew it off and was like “ya ya I know Maintenance should be here in the morning” Which didn’t make me feel any better because my kids already jumped in it. My oldest is extremely at risk for infection so we have to make sure everything is clean. Even the hotel room, I had packed my own bedsheets and comforter for sleep.It was just extremely disappointing that I was not informed about the situation. I didn’t get any sort of a refund. And it ruined my kids evening..

Very nice property except for one of the two elevators being out for over a week with no end in sight. Had service Dogs and the hotel put us on the 10th floor which was the top floor of the hotel. Not the best circumstance given one of the elevatora was out

people were nice but 2 out of the 3 days we had no hot water and that was ridiculous. Me and my wife live off hot showers.

The staff was wonderful and friendly! The rooms were large and clean. However, our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay and towels were not restocked. We had to ask at the desk to get more. Location is right across from a shopping mall and CVS. Convenient if you need anything quickly. The pool and pool area are in desperate need of a good cleaning. The water in the pool resembled lemonade and had a film on top. There is a renovation occurring that isn’t listed on Expedia, however, there wasn’t any extra noise that I heard. The elevator would randomly open on the floors that are being renovated. Once, we couldn’t get the doors to close again and had to walk up a couple flights to get to our floor. Overall I would stay here again - just be mindful of the pool area if you have kids wanting to use it.

Staff was wonderful. Pillows & bed: very mediocre. Pillow was lumpy. Bathroom was dirty. Room smelled like marijuana. Hot tub was colder than the pool. Breakfast was excellent for a hotel buffet style. Overall fine for what we needed it to be.

Overall needs a deep clean. Walls and doors in our room were covered in hand prints and other gross stuff. Not to the level of what I would have expected for what we had to pay. It was a busy weekend so inflated prices, but seems ridiculous when the level of cleanliness was so poor. The AC was broken on the main level upon arrival and throughout our stay. We will not stay at this location again, much better and cleaner options all around the same area.

The hotel was not kept up well or very clean. There was caution tape around an area right when you entered the front doors. Then our room had 3 forks on the counter (not sure if dirty or clean?), a pitcher w water in the fridge (fridge and freezer dirty inside), candy in nightstand drawers (discovered by my kids), shower wouldn’t drain, mattress pad with multiple rips, holes, and stains on pull out couch. Strangest thing was that check out was at noon, but a housekeeper came knocking on the door and *opened* our door at 8:30am without permission, while my family was still resting. I’ve never had this happen in a hotel before.

The room had stains on the door. The apolstery was torn. Sheets were ripped. No bath mat. Soap dispenser was empty. Splatters of cleaner in television wiped with dirty cloth. Floor was sticky.

Rooms not cleaned well; wash rag left if shower hanging from past guest, dry dog food on floor, wet food or vomit between beds. Makes me wonder if the room was really cleaned from the previous booking…

The room when we arrived wasn’t very clean. The carpet hasn’t been vacuumed and there was crumbs and trash on the floor. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower. When we pulled the couch out into the bed the sheet was visibly dirty. The pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see your hand a foot below the surface and the water in the hot tub was brown. The hotel has potential to be very nice, it just needs to be properly cleaned.

1st room I was given the bed was not made- went back to desk. Got a second room. Hair on bathroom sink, kitchen area, etc. Not the worst I've ever seen. But not great either.

Definitely needs an upgrade, but despite that, it was really dirty. Every glass in the cabinet was dirty, all carpets in room, elevator, lobby, looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while, the air conditioning vents were blowing dust balls because they were so clogged, there was a bad odor to the room. No working light in the bathroom. Bright spots, comfortable & clean bed, good/free breakfast & coffee & they comped our room.

Located right off the highway so it was loud while trying to sleep. Overall hotel was fine. I wouldn’t book this hotel through hotels.com though because they apparently don’t know how to request payment through hotels.com and now I’m fighting with them and hotels.com to get my money back.

The hotel is adjacent to I-170 . The east-facing rooms are very noisy.

I would not stay here again. I have never stayed in a hotel that was this loud in my life. The rooms are basically situated right along a freeway offramp and it literally sounded like there were trucks about to drive through my room. It was awful!

This was a lackluster experience. The greeting when I arrived was friendly. The room was not bad. However, the water was cold. When I called to inquire about this, I was told sometimes it takes ten minutes for the water to warm up on higher floors. The showerhead was at waist height, which made the shower difficult to use. The internet was slow and I had to connect to a hotspot to get work done. I noticed several other hotspots connected, so this must have been an issue for other guests as well. I arrived at breakfast as soon as it opened, and the eggs were cold and potatoes undercooked. The manager was in the breakfast area telling another employee about how a man threw up the night before. Overall, this was a disappointment.

It was awesome to have two bedrooms - one king and one two queens - and two bathrooms for our family of four all in one suite! All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Great stay!

Our room was only partially cleaned when we arrived so we had to call housekeeping. They did come promptly. There was no hot water at night to shower which they did not address. It is very loud right next to the highway. The location is great with numerous restaurants and shopping close by.

The room we stayed was 2 queen bed suit with a spacious living room, little kitchen & dinning option. The stay was comfortable. Front desk staff support was good. The location is 15-20min reach from downtown. Could improve in service & refill speed of breakfast menu.

We booked online and the payment didn’t go through so we needed to pay once we got there. It seemed like the room weren’t ready, even though we were there later in the evening. The front desk said they were going to “upgrade” us but needed to ask first. Once she got the green light she gave us our room. It was a two room suite and one of the rooms didn’t ’t have a working air conditioner! It didn’t have bar soap or enough towels for a 6 person suite. The next we told the front desk about the air conditioner not working and was told that they would it. We were gone the entire day and once we came back we realized the air conditioner had not been fixed. We called the front desk and the told us the repair man said he repaired it. We asked for a new room and were able to move. We were going to stay three nights but canceled the last night and left instead. We were definitely not “upgraded”.

King suite with pull-out couch was perfect for 2 adults and 2 younger kids. Rooms have a great design with a full kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, and coffee maker), couch, coffee table with pull-out ottoman, desk, swivel TV, and nice bathroom area. Right next to the Galleria, with easy access to Forest Park. Water took a bit to warm up, but great shower once it did, with built-in full bottle shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Light continental breakfast was as expected and got the job done. Highly recommend!

The staff were rude and lazy. They did not clean our room once during our stay. We were there for 5 days and not once did they have room service. When we asked for room service all they said they would do it but it wouldn't get done. The front desk staff moved like sloth's, in slow motion. They were just annoyed when they needed to work.

We checked in later in the evening (around 10pm). When we arrived, the front desk clerk was anything but welcoming. As she was checking us in, she answered a call from a room requesting extra items. When she handed me our keys, I noticed she had written our room number down as the room that had called on the phone. I asked, "are you sure this is the correct room number, because I think this was the room you were just talking with on the phone." She rudely said that was our room. So up we went to that room, only to find it occupied. Back down we went to the front desk where she was frustrated with us. The clerk said, "fine, I'll just assign you another room." We go back up to the second room, to find the door standing wide open. At this point, I am so tired I decide I'm going to stay in this room no matter what. We had just spent 36 hours in a hospital waiting room and this was the only hotel with availability in a 10 mile radius of the hospital. We got settled in. The room was fine. Clean. Cold air. Hot water. Bed was average. At 5am, we were woken up by an alarm on the phone (we think the fire alarm). The phone was loudly buzzing and saying "Can I have your attention please." I can look past a lot of things, but rude clerks are not one of them. I don't think I will stay at this property again.

Overall it was a great hotel. Only downside was the lack of staffing. I tried to call a few different times for pillows and sheets for the hide a bed with no answer each time. Granted it was a busy time when we went (spring break week).

Staff gave us a room that was occupied. We've waited for them to open the door since the key they give us not working, but when the staff open it and when we're about to go inside , somebody is sleeping on the bed.

The receptionist at the front desk that checked me in Kayla was amazing!!!

The air conditioning was broken/barely working, the tvs wouldn’t work, (cycled nonstop through a user agreement) the hot tub had BROWN water! The pool never opened on time was told it was for cleaning that clearly wasn’t done due to the brown water and sludge buildup in the corners. Spent $600 for 3 nights for nothing to work or get fixed and to be told it wasn’t their problem and they couldn’t help me. Don’t EVER STAY HERE!!!

We have stayed several times at this property and always have a nice stay. A very hard working staff in all departments. Housekeeping is only done every other day. If you are in the room when they arrive and don’t give them a time you are leaving the room, no one returns. However, it was easy to get new towels if we needed them. Great workout room, nice indoor pool, wonderful breakfasts, and lots of board games to check out if that’s fun for you. Suites are large, comfy beds, very nice kitchenette.

We liked that it was so convenient to downtown where we could go to zoo, city museum, Union station and etc within minutes. We also appreciated the free parking,

Location was great near a mall. They clean suites every other day.

Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There weren't many dining options around the hotel but it was across from a mall.

Great location close to shopping and the zoo. Rooms were clean and comfortable, we had a 2 queen suit. It had a nice kitchen space along with a good size sitting room. Breakfast was good nothing to write home about but good, Variety of hot and cold items and space was kept clean. The pool on our stay was not great, water was murky we were told at check it it had a chemical treatment but should be able to swim at 4 but at 8pm you couldn't see the bottem so we passed on the swimming. Overall hotel was great and staff was friendly we would stay again.

Huge room, many conveniences. Not a walkable area to get to restaurants, etc. Busy roads. You have to drive to get across the street to the Galleria Mall. Shower design allows for water to trickle out and form a pool by the door on slick tile.

The suites were really nice with a somewhat stocked kitchen with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pans, dishwasher (dish soap and dishwasher soap, drying towels), stovetop, refrigerator, spacious living room with TV, large bedroom with TV & cabinets, bathroom sink separate from toilet/shower, large closet with iron/ironing board, bathroom sink had cabinets for personal supplies. Breakfast was superior, nice indoor pool (small) & hot tub, really nice workout room, outdoor patio with gas grills, & super friendly staff. My very minor dislikes were in the bathroom area in the hard to get to corners had a collection over time of dust/dirt. The indoor pool deck surrounding of the pool needs to be scrubbed of human oils. For a classy place as this, those things should not be evident. Everywhere else staff paid attention to detail and was super clean. Desk hospitality were very good and well trained. The property is right on the inner belt (four lane highway) and the north and east sides were noisy of traffic day and night, just an FYI.

We stayed here for 5 days. Great location for easy commute to tourist attractions. We were charged for parking, which was frustrating because the listing said free parking. The lot fills up each night, but a parking garage was available. The pool was nice, the hot tub fluctuated between REALLY hot, and luke warm. Breakfast was good, lots of different choices. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. We had to request for our trash to be emptied, but they came right away.

Our stay was very good. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and modern. The size of the room and bed were very comfortable. We used the kitchenette and found everything we needed. We enjoyed while it is small, the indoor pool and spa and even sat outside by the fire pit table. Wendy was accommodating and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the fact that breakfast was varied from day to day and saw staff working very hard to ensure food and utensils, plates were replenished in a fast and timely manner. In the lobby there was coffee and water infused with orange slices that was particularly refreshing. We will return again and recommend this hotel for stay.

Nothing was unique. Breakfast was very poor. Fried eggs were uneatable, no banana's, oranges, peaches just apples. No yogurt on two days and no waffle mix on two day either. Round breakfast sauce was terrible. Couldn't get a plain bagel or a muffin of any sort. The water was turned off for 7 hours Sunday night due to ??????. kept telling us another half hour till we just quit asking!
