Homewood Suites by Hilton St Louis - Galleria

Room was supposed to have been serviced every other day, this did not happen, instead they only took out the trash and towels without leaving replacement. We had to go down to the front desk to get the towels, since they did not have staff for housekeeping.

Was a hassle free stay. The bed was comfortable.

Our room was not vaccummed or cleaned -- there weas toothpaste all over the bathroom floor -- we had to request sheets and pillows for the pull out couch and the front desk told my husband they only could give us one pillow. Then somebody came in our room at 2pm to check in becuase the hotel gave them room keys to our room and then the hotel called our room to ask how we were in that room....... TOTAL safety issue and when we went to the front desk to address it, they blew it off and offered us $45 for inconvenience.

Everything was good. Pool was supposed to be open but never was the whole weekend.

The bathroom was dirty. Especially behind the door of bathroom. Carpets were not that clean. Dishes left in the dishwasher. Not sure if clean or dirty.
