Easy check in, good breakfast, quiet location. Parking was easy & convenient

Overall, the hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. And the service was very good. Along with having extras, such as the pool. Which made it a very pleasant stay.

El el hotel y sus servicios son perfectos. Si un esta de turismo en Lisboa, como en mi caso es un poco lejos de la parte turística. Pero el hotel sus instalaciones y su atención es muy buena.

El buffet de desayuno es muy completo. Piscina suficientemente grande para nadar. El personal muy amable. Lo único que no me gustó fueron las almohadas.

The stay was awful. Honestly. I found finger nails on the bedside table, and when I informed the reception they told me that I could find a maid on the third floor. No apology, no help, no compensation. The breakfast was very bad - even the scrambled eggs were inedible. There was no sun at the pool. Again I asked in the reception and they couldn’t tell me when there was any sun. She said “sometime this afternoon”. I would never book this again. The lack of service, the food, the pool and the cleanliness - and it was not cheap!

It’s nice and you can park your car but the vending machine in the lobby was not working.

Property is aged. In need of some refurbishment. Advertises a gym, but is extremely limited. In room amenities no replenished (tissue, coffee, etc). More of a conference driven hotel from the feel of it.

the hotel would need to make some investment, such as getting ride of the carpets in the rooms. definitely not clean.

Hotel velho e antigo. A Carpete do quarto muito suja e cheio de nódoas, nada higiénico. Colchão da cama é muito mau, quando me deitei, afundou e ficou de lado, acordei cheia de dores nas costas. Pedi um berço pra o meu bebé, e colocaram um berço muito sujo, super danificado. No berço os lençóis estavam cheios de ferrugem, tinha migalhas/restos de comida dentro do berço, e por baixo do colchão ate um pacote de chá estava la. Pedi outro berço por esse não estar em condições e colocaram um berço ainda mais velho que o anterior, em muito mau estado, cheio de manchas de leite, lençóis com buracos, com cabelos lá dentro e por baixo do colchão ate formigas mortas tinha, como é óbvio não coloquei o meu bebé a dormir ali. Os vidros ainda tinham marcas de mãos de clientes anteriores. O Quarto e a casa de banho estava muito sujo no geral. Quando fui tomar o pequeno-almoço ao restaurante as 9:30 h , a empregada do restaurante foi muito mal educada e com muita falta de profissionalismo. Fui para a esplanada do restaurante onde estava clientes a tomar o pequeno-almoço e a empregada sem dizer bom dia, dirigiu-se a mim com má cara e em mau tom disse que tinha mesas postas dentro do restaurante para irmos pra dentro. Eu quis ficar na esplanada por estar agradável, a empregada nao limpou a mesa que estava com migalhas e restos de comida dos clientes anteriores como ainda colocou os talheres em cima da mesa suja. O pequeno-almoço estava muito pobre e nem pão tinha. Não recomendo. Muito mau.

We booked this hotel bot realizing how close it is to downtown Lisbon. Because we had rented a car, this was a nice surprise, althpugh Im sure theres a bus that could get you anywhere from here if you don't have a car. The staff were extremely nice without being intrusive. Check in and check out were smooth. The room was very nice, especially for the price, quiet, very clean, spacious and well equipped. The balcony and the view were nice as well. We stayed here for the first 2 nights of our trip, and we stayed downtown Lisbon in another hotel for our final night. This hotel was less than half the price and nicer in my opinion, and only a 20 minute drive to downtown! The included breakfast was fantastic, great variety, fresh and good quality (as was all the food we had in Portugal!). Would absolutely stay again.

A aparência engana. Ao chegar ao hotel fiquei agradavelmente surpreendido pelo local calmo e aspeto exterior do próprio. Porém já no quarto essa opinião mudou radicalmente com decoração ( chão, cortinas de quarto e chuveiro) super antiquadas. Para piorar acresce o facto de ser impossível tomar banho com alguma pressão na agua e sem a temperatura estar constantemente a oscilar entre o muito quente e muito frio.

We loved the room size, view and very large balcony. The breakfast was great as well. The only complaint we had was the concierge at the front desk was lacking in some of the info he gave us. We were not made aware that we would need our room card to ride the elevator, use the electricity in our room etc. We had to keep calling the front desk to get this info.

Average hotel. Comfortable but slightly dingy. The breakfast was good, but somehow lunch and dinner was consistently horrible.

O café da manhã todos os dias tinha que esperar o bacon, faltava xícara, acabava os doces. Apesar desses imprevistos, o wifi era bom e o quarto grande. Distante de qualquer comercio.

We arrived late in the evening to a very courteous concierge, quick and easy check in. A bed had been made up for our 8 year old son. The continental breakfast was better than most. We only stayed a night as we were just passing through to our final destination, but the hotel is quite lovely and warrants a longer stay next visit.

The Hotel Real Oeiras was a really nice hotel to stay with a really nice breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly. It suited us because we could walk to the train station about 20 minutes walk and there's some lovely restaurants around Paço de Arcos, again 20 minutes walk away. Ubers are reasonable and train into Lisbon are cheap and don't take that long.

Personalen i receptionen var mycket trevlig. I övrigt ingen bra upplevelse. Frukosten katastrof. Maten fylldes inte på, ohjälpsam och långsam personal, väntetid en av dagarna ca 30 minuter så vi åt på annat ställe. Managern skulle återkomma efter vårt klagomål vilket inte skedde.

Attending a wedding at a nearby estate. Chosen for location. But hotel modern, clean and spacious. Very comfortable for American guests. Breakfast was good and nice assortment of hot and cold. Served until 10 I believe. I was late first day and she was kind enough to let me grab some things even as she was trying to clean up. That is great service! I ate dinner there too and my steak sandwich was lovely!

Great experience at this hotel. Check-in was smooth. Front desk were welcoming and friendly. They went the extra mile when I asked for help. Definitely would recommend anyone visiting Oeiras to stay here.

The hotel was great everything it was amazing is a bit far from Lisbon so if you don’t mind to spend with Uber but overall great! Clean, comfortable the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Muy buen hotel en una zona muy tranquila,el personal maravilloso las habitaciones muy limpias y muy buen desayuno.Aunque el mobiliario de las habitaciones estaba un poco anticuado nesecita un cambio y estaría de 10....
