When I arrived at 15.30, there was a sign on the door. I have a photo. It said "popped out for a minute" and left a phone number. I rang it. My phone recognised it as the correct number, but I kept getting the "not recognised" message. I waited 90 minutes, during which time I sent two emails. Unanswered. I went to another hotel. I will be extremely disappointed if my card is debited. Maybe there was some family crisis? But that the phone number was not recognised is a worry! I can't comment on the hotel itself.

Hotel con encanto, maravilloso mobiliario y decoración. Las estancias son preciosas, muy amplias, con varios compartimentos. Siendo un inmueble rústico, dispone de ascensor. La cama es muy cómoda y apreciamos que las contraventanas impiden la entrada de luz cuando se hace de día. También apreciamos la limpieza y atención del personal. El desayuno con varias posibilidades, rico y abundante.

No encontramos a nadie en recepción ni a la llegada ni a la salida, tuvimos que llamar ambas veces. Muy simpáticos por eso. La habitación era muy calurosa, tenía aparato de aire acondicionado pero no sé si era el aparato o por cómo estaba situado pero no enfriaba la habitación. La cama de matrimonio era de 1,35. Entre el calor y la cama pequeña dormimos fatal. Las toallas necesitan renovación. La habitación tiene su encanto pero también es muy oscura. Intentamos desayunar pero acabamos yéndonos tenían mucho jaleo y no nos atendían. No volvería a este hotel

Les points positifs : Nous avons aimé le lieu, les décors, l'espace, il y a un ascenseur et l'accueil a été très bon. Nous avons pas eu de bruit pendant la nuit. Les points négatifs : Nous avons eu une vue sur petite cour et pas de lumière du jour et la literie n'était pas a notre goût
