Parking is available in the cul-de-sac in front of the house. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or vaping is prohibited throughout the property. Parties and events are not permitted. Villeneuve-Lès-Béziers is crossed by the Canal du Midi, perfect for walks or bike rides to Portiragnes beach or to discover the historic Malpas tunnel. The studio is also ideal for cyclists stopping for 1 or more days along the Canal du Midi. Secure bike storage is possible. For your convenience, breakfast and meals can be served for an extra fee during one-night stays. Please keep the accommodation clean, dispose of waste properly, and respect quiet hours.
