The hotel is close everything however they have bath tub and the bathtub and toilet has strong smell, I have to buy air fresher and open the window still not help much, I feel so itch after I slept in, can be changed more

Everything was immaculate, high tech, safe, beautiful room, very comfortable and relaxing! There's only a kiosk entry so if you don't speak Korean might be tricky because there's no "staff," just remote service.

Room was not clean. About 15 mins walk to nearest subway. Front line Staff tried to help with check-in and overall questions, but the cleaning staff was terrible.
