I enjoy breakfast meal and parking was easy and the staff clean the room well, i was comfortable, thank you for your service.

Staff except for one gentleman I believe his name is Louis helpful. The FD team does not know the meaning of Hospitality , I was assigned a room with ac barely functional, insects crawling on walls. , beneath bathroom counter hole in the wall and spider crawling out. Called the desk several times up until 4:29 am and no resolution. Saw the owner - GM and when she greeted my wife and I as to how was our stay and I expressed the issues. She immediately pivoted to the FD and walked away very quickly. Shows where the lack of empathy- hospitality and taking responsibility comes from. I’m a very understanding person and have travelled quite extensively to all parts of the world and can accept that things happen. In this case I’m extremely disheartened of the situation especially in an amazing island as Tobago.

Very nice Property. But Poor Poor Wifi Service. This Must be Fixed. When in my Room the Service is Extremely Poor and for this Reason I would not return! A Strong and Reliable Wifi Service is Very Important to Me!!

There was no ironing boards in the room. The gift shop was always closed and I had to ask for it to be opened. The prices at the bar is very expensive $24.50 for a bottle of coke. I been at this resort 6 times
