The pool & hot have been closed for TWO YEARS! Planned to workout and soak in hot tub. No workout or hand towels for sweat present in the workout room. Water temp in shower not hot enough! No warm food for breakfast other than instant oatmeal. Other than that the front desk service and room was fabulous!

Good place to stay .staff, service, location etc. the only thing elevator was out , and only 2 entrances is the front desk and the back of the facility. No side entrances. For me was very comfortable and would stay there again .

Safe stay in quiet place. Limited gym available, many machines not running due to missing battery.Pool closed for renovations. Breakfast not to healthy standards, but it is everywhere.No eggs, no beef, no vegetables. Mostly carbohydrates leading to metabolic syndrome if abundant.

This property should NOT be a two star - it should easily be a 3 star. I stayed here on the way back from a conference after staying in a name brand 3-4 star hotel in a Texas city. Lea County Inn was by and large the way better experience. The staff was so friendly and kind and the room was immaculate with amenities you don't expect at their price point (nice toiletries, microwave and larger fridge, etc) and the bedding was clean and super comfy. It seems to be a family run establishment and every staff member I talked to was so friendly and kind and wanted to make sure I had what I needed. The hotel is safe, quiet and so clean. Even though it was on a frontage road, there was a nice park down the street with a lake. I don't know when I'll be back this way but when I do, this will definitely be my go-to hotel. A hidden gem.

Checking was great and easy to find. Pool was closed for maintenance and only complaint is found a used band-aide in one of the beds under the comforter on the side of the bed. Other than that it was perfect!

Just the smell when we arrived was kind of wird. I asked for a non smoke room. Maybe because it was very close to the back entrance. And we wanted to extend one night but it couldn’t be the same room, ok. But We have to do the check out and then wait 3 hrs for the check inn.

It was good rooms need some updating lighting was a little dark with the main light. The clock radio in the room was possessed the alarm in it it went off at 12 am and when I would put my phone any where close to it it would start buzzing and it would not keep the right time.

The room was clean. The whole property is very quiet and well maintained. The bed was ok on comfort in the double beds room. The king room is amazing. Bed very comfortable. I’m not sure what to say about the bath towels……just WOW. Better than most luxury hotels. Breakfast could be better but it will get you by. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Got in at 3:30 am they had my room waiting for me I had called to let them know I would be late .great room comfy bed up and out by noon no issues or staff calling or beating on my door!

My stay was fine. The only issue I had was with the shower head. It was mounted way too high for me to reach to adjust either the angle or the spray. I am 5\'7" tall. I would need to be at least a foot taller to reach the shower head.

The whole place was amazingly clean and well upkept. The staff was very friendly and the room very comfortable other than the TV was on satellite and didn't have good reception and the shower head needs to be replaced. Felt like I was standing under a bath tub faucet. Overall a great hotel..

I stayed alone while passing through on a roadtrip. Was planning to stop in Carlsbad, which felt unkempt and unsafe, so I drove the extra hour to Hobbs. Lea County Inn is locally owned but has the cleanliness, service and amenities of an established corporation… if not better. The room was very clean, they offered a very generous breakfast and all the staff was kind. I was very pleased with my stay and highly recommend to anyone passing through the area.

This was my second stay here and both were super. The room was super clean and comfortable. It is a convenient location with lots of parking. I will not hesitate to stay here again. Staff was very friendly too.

This was my second stay here and both were super. The room was super clean and comfortable. It is a convenient location with lots of parking. I will not hesitate to stay here again. Staff was very friendly too.

This is always my go to when I’m flying in or out of the airport. All staff, but especially Louise is so friendly and accommodating! Always very clean, great breakfast options. Coffee and small snack bar available 24/7. Very comfortable beds as well!

Very friendly and well run location. Location was close to the event I was attending. Price was good, room was very large and super clean and tidy. My only concern was the electrical plugs for the lamps would not accept my charger. Food was good, they had waffles, fruit, sweet breads, yogurt. i will stay here again.

I always have a wonderful, relaxing stay here. I feel like they have welcomed me into their home. My room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was plentiful. The parking lot was well lit. Breakfast was available early. Everyone is always very kind when checking in or out. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Hobbs, NM and stay at Lea County Inn!!

The pool & hot have been closed for TWO YEARS! Planned to workout and soak in hot tub. No workout or hand towels for sweat present in the workout room. Water temp in shower not hot enough! No warm food for breakfast other than instant oatmeal. Other than that the front desk service and room was fabulous!

Everything was amazing. Just wish they would have had hot breakfast besides waffles. Other than that was a very clean and quiet hotel. We will be back!!

Was a comfortable place to lay our heads. Very basic breakfast but we’ve seen worse, the tv had more options than other nicer places I’ve stayed, the customer service was friendly and helpful, the bed was pretty comfortable. We would have no problem staying here again.

The room was clean. The whole property is very quiet and well maintained. The bed was ok on comfort in the double beds room. The king room is amazing. Bed very comfortable. I’m not sure what to say about the bath towels……just WOW. Better than most luxury hotels. Breakfast could be better but it will get you by. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Everything look very updated . Continental breakfast ok. Waffles, cereal, yogurt, apples, bananas, bagels, toast, coffee, orange and apple juice box.very nice place for the price, definitely will be back!

It was clean. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was easy. I recommend staying here and I would stay again. The hotel breakfast does leave a little bit to be desired though. All they had was dry cereal.

Another great stay at Lea County Inn! Great staff, great rooms, and comfortable beds. I would advise you to put your do not disturb sign on your doorknob if you don't want to be woken up. I didn’t notice that there was one hanging in the closet and not on the inside doorknob, as most usually are, until we were walking out the door for check-out. I failed to put mine on, and housekeeping knocked twice in the morning; once at about 8 and then again at 10:30.
