Front desk closes at 7pm, could not check in and had to get a room at another hotel 20 miles away. Very annoying, will never stay there. We make the trip between Columbia and Charlotte regularly and we were hoping this hotel, that looked cute on the website, would be our preferred place. Bar/restaurant was also not open on Sat night at 9pm when we arrived. There was only 1 other car in the parking lot, it actually looked like the hotel was permanently closed.

Thoroughly enjoyed this newly renovated restaurant/hotel! Furnishings were exquisite down to the wall switches! Bar area and sunroom were lovely as was the dining room. Employees were the best! Nice to have this venue in Winnsboro - best wishes for continued success!!!
