The room and breakfast were perfect for what I needed for the week we stayed there. My only issue and its a small one, is that the indoor pool is not heated. We couldn't relax in a warm pool at the end of a long day. Other than that, it was perfect.

The pool was a bust. It opened one night then the next day it was closed again. It was closed pretty much our entire week stay. Clearly the pool needed actual maintenance that the hotel isn’t doing. They offer a fire pit outside but that also is out of order. The room itself was nice and the beds were great. We had requested housekeeping, they never showed up, so we asked to be put on the next day. Housekeeping once again didn’t show up. This happened as well to others we were traveling with.

No room service as a four nite stay. Had to get our towels at desk everyday. Pool water temp was 70 degrees, too cold even for penguins. Toilet was making rushing water sounds every 10 mins. On positive note, breakfast was good, parking was easy, location was good. Everyone seemed friendly, just not motivated to accommodate their clients.

The hotel was updated and was nice. However, the shower water never get over luke warm, bath sink was clogged and slowly drained, the room was extremely hot even after we turned it down. The pool was described as heated but was very cold. The staff said they turned up the heat for it and even over night was never warm. The hotel doors to the rooms were dirty.

Apparently when we checked in the room, it hadn’t been cleaned properly as there was a sticky substance on the desk and the floor in the kitchen. We did not notice until we had fully unpacked that there were ants in the kitchen on the counter. We used wipes to clean the counter and then had to leave for a conference. When we returned there were more ants on the counter and also on the desk and chairs. We let the front desk know when we returned but they said the cleaning staff was gone and offered to move us to another room. We were traveling with family with a 4 month old in the adjacent room so we needed to be close to them and we had already unpacked everything. The cleaning staff did not show until Sunday morning at 11:40AM. We were only staying until Monday. Not acceptable, but at check out the staff was nice and offered points for the inconveniences. However, the hotel breakfast was really nice the chairs and tables again could have been cleaned better as well.

The property is one of our favorites and have stayed there several times. The room (suite) they put us in at this time is disappointing! Far from elevator contrary to my request due to knee problems (lied to at check in by young man who checked us in that the room he assigned was close to the elevator!) we had to go 2 hallways to the last room on the floor!!! Bathroom has permanent black area and dots (maybe mold?). Door knob is extremely difficult to open. Opened drywall in the hallway between our room and the one before us. Looks like dungeon at night!

Excellent location convenient to I-40 and shopping. Well maintained and very comfortable room and breakfast area. Friendly front desk associates. The kitchen could have used more housekeeping as there was one stool with old fruit and food remnants on it, and dishes left in the dishwasher so long they were moldy. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

I stood at this hotel for 5 days. The staff was excellent throughout my stay. However, the hotel itself has a poor cleaning system. I found myself requesting towels and garbage removal often. I was informed that they clean every other day but even on the day that I was supposed to get room service it was not provided. During my 5 day stay they only cleaned once. What put the icing on the cake was the roach I found in the room. I suggest for the leadership team to revisit their processes to develop a proactive approach in anticipating the needs of their guest. I don’t recommend this hotel for extended stay.

Certainly a missed opportunity at hospitality and genuine concern for a guest experience. The hotel is nice and the staff tried to help with a fully sold out hotel- there was not much they could offer.

This is our second time in town staying at this hotel. It’s wonderful. Always clean and well maintained. Full kitchen, well stocked. They think of everything. Very roomy. Great breakfast selection. Wonderful customer service; accommodating late checkout.

The room was clean and comfortable, however, I did not get much sleep due to the noise that was coming from the room under our room. Room 214 was directly above an equipment room or air conditioner system that sounded like a truck reveing its engine every 30 to 45 mins. I wish I had asked to be moved but I was in bed before I realized the noise was irritating.

My stay here was amazing, it’s going to be my new go-to hotel when I travel to Nashville. The room was very spacious, especially for the price I paid. The breakfast had a decent spread with all the usual options. It was a lovely, quiet stay and there are plenty of dining and shopping options just across the street. I highly recommend staying here!

Just what we expected from a Residence Inn by Marriott - which is why we chose this hotel when visiting relatives in Mt. Juliet. The in-room kitchen and dining equipment were adequate - especially since we largely ate out at one of the many local restaurants. Well pleased.

I had Breonna as the supervisor at the desk. She was amazing!! She needs to run her own hotel! I can't say enough good things about her. She was so kind to me and appreciated my kindness in return. Loved Breonna!!

The location of the hotel within walking distance of food and shopping establishments. The staff at the hotel was nice and friendly. The spacious rooms and kitchenette, on point. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone . Personally, we wanted to stay an extra night.

Excellent location convenient to I-40 and shopping. Well maintained and very comfortable room and breakfast area. Friendly front desk associates. The kitchen could have used more housekeeping as there was one stool with old fruit and food remnants on it, and dishes left in the dishwasher so long they were moldy. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

My stay here was amazing, it’s going to be my new go-to hotel when I travel to Nashville. The room was very spacious, especially for the price I paid. The breakfast had a decent spread with all the usual options. It was a lovely, quiet stay and there are plenty of dining and shopping options just across the street. I highly recommend staying here!

The room and breakfast were perfect for what I needed for the week we stayed there. My only issue and its a small one, is that the indoor pool is not heated. We couldn't relax in a warm pool at the end of a long day. Other than that, it was perfect.

We spent a three day weekend in Nashville. With us making several road trips a year this hotel was definitely our favorite! It was so clean. The room had everything! Breakfast was good! Everyone was so nice. One thing-we tried to reheat something in the microwave-it runs but doesn’t seem to heat up food at all. We only tried once and didn’t report it since we weren’t going to really ise it( So that’s why we didn’t count that against the hotel in the rating. Just s pleasant positive experience!

The suite was clean and had a full kitchen, refrigerator. The lobby with bar/ breakfast area, fireplace and Evan outside seating was very useful and amazing. There was a full bar with drink specials. The location and our stay was great all around.

The (one) staff member on July 4 was truly exceptional (and obviously overworked, handling the front desk, serving as bartender, baking cookies, and helping guests with the outdoor grill and any other problems that cropped up). The staff members we met on the 5th were also great. The relatively few problems were more prosaic: 1. A shower curtain that was too short (or the curtain rod was mounted too high), resulting in water halfway across the bathroom floor (in a handicap-accessible room, 519, which could be dangerous). 2. Two coffee mugs in the room that had dried blue gunk on them - presumably dried dishwasher detergent. 3. A loose bathroom faucet (no problem in itself but indicative of sloppy installation). I saw this same problem in a second room rented by a friend. Both faucets, however, worked. 4. Gravy for the morning biscuits and gravy that was closer to water than gravy. Same for the red and green chili sauce for the eggs. A bright spot: the dark roast coffee, in both the room and the breakfast area, was excellent! The evening cookies were also very welcome and were great. The property also has a well stocked bar, a nice indoor pool, and an outdoor sitting area with a gas grill. I asked and was told that the property is 6 years old.
