Overall the experience of the hotel was amazing the staff and facilities were very good. Some inconveniences word that the train is about 20 minute walk, and that an uber to the main city of Madrid is about 30 minute drive. The pros are the price is very economic and the breakfast that wasincluded was very good as well

O hotel é muito bom, super limpo, as camas confortáveis demais! Dormimos muito bem, o lençol são limpos e cheirosos e a roupa de cama é trocada todo dia assim como as toalhas! O chuveiro esquenta bem e tem banheira no quarto. Único ponto negativo é a distância do centro de Madrid. A estação de trem mais próxima fica a 30 minutos caminhando. O café da manhã é super bom é gostoso, o atendimento é nota mil!

The location/price is perfect for visiting Parque Warner Madrid. Getting to the city itself can be quite a hassle even with a GPS (tunnels). Breakfast could be improved, but it's good enough. The rooms for families of 4 get a bit crowded.

Staff at front desk was indifferent. Room was OK, breakfast was good. The hotel is in the middle on nowhere, an industrial area. It's 15-20 minute walk to the train station. If you have a car then it's 5 minute drive and free parking. Train into center of Madrid is fast and inexpensive.

It was an excellent place to stay. Far away from central Madrid. The easiest way to move around it's having your own transportation. Public transportation is kind of far (20mins walking) The property was just waht we needed. Clean and quiet. The receptionist Maria was a great help, very informative. She showed us how to get to the places wee need to go. Breakfast menu has multiple choices. All staff were very professional.

This is a road side hotel in an industrial area ! Very clean however at 10 am sharp when breakfast ends we we and other tables were finishing up eating at the table , they turned the lights off and the tv also . I thought this was very rude as aweful service in that, the front desk however were all very nice . Breakfast very average

Die Lage vom Hotel geht garnicht. Ist im Industriegebiet. Neben dem Hotel eine riesen Baustelle. Die nächsten öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gute 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Und keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, bzw. nur eine Tankstelle. Ohne Auto ist man dort lost.

Estadia agradável, assistentes muito simpáticas e prestáveis, quarto muito limpo, bom pequeno almoço e o jantar também é bom. O único inconveniente é a distância do hotel à estação de comboio (15 minutos a pé), sendo que o comboio demora uns 25 minutos até o centro de Madrid (comboios com frequência).
