Room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Friendly staff. Balcony was in need of being cleaned and breakfast was average but waited on coffee every morning.

Loved the view of the lake. And the room was clean and comfortable. Swimming pool, sauna and spa was a definite plus that most places don't offer.

Stayed for 3 nights on the ground floor level with our elderly aunt. Good location and provided a shuttle for our Mackinac Island ferry ride. A short drive to the Bridge View Park for annual bridge walk. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Hot Breakfast was a bonus since i did not see it included upon booking. Staff Shauna went above and beyond helping our elderly aunt get her breakfast, hot beverage and even assisted her back to her room. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. Overall a good basic hotel with excellent service.
