Very clean nice smell of room comfortable mattress large suite polite staff easy parking good breakfast and near everything in the valley area

Pool was very dirty, couldn't even swim in it, weight room equipment was also nasty,no view from my room.

The gym was out of order for my whole stay. I wish they would disclose that info when I booked it.

The breakfast was truly the highlight of my stay, offering a delightful variety that set a positive tone for the day. Unfortunately, the pool area left much to be desired; it was not well-maintained and appeared dirty. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the overall experience. I also noticed unsightly stains on the carpet, and to my dismay, I encountered a cockroach in the bathroom that I had to deal with myself. Furthermore, I found the prices at the front desk to be exorbitant, with a simple bag of chips priced at $2—far more than it should have been, considering it should have been closer to a dollar. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, the negatives significantly impacted my stay.

Breakfast was over the top for a Comfort Inn. But, washing machine was sad, had to spend more to dry, Staff was helpful, Ice and Vending was adequate goo service of the staff

Its was comfortable stay but breakfast could have been better. The sausages were cold and burned. Pool was a bit dirty!

The room smelled like a high school locker room it smelled it took a large can of Lysol ,a solid air freshner and a plug in of aroma wax to get it a decent smell furniture was dusty there was 2 waste basket they only emptied 1 every other day and we got a room right by the freeway it was noisy

People are great which makes up for the unclean room. Very dusty room, furniture is banged up pretty good, the fridge was unclean, food and wrappers from the previous guest under and behind the sofa seat. Roach in the bathroom and so many flies around the bread at the breakfast bar.

Nice Hotel, bathroom in the room we stayed needs a bathtub refurbish, had a mildew smell. The room was in good condition.

The hotel is very nicely priced and super clean and comfortable. Bed was glorious. Away from some stuff but better. It was quiet. Highly recommended. Will stay again.

Excellent value. Extremely clean establishment, great service. I arrived late and tired, forgot my USB plug for my work iPad. I called downstairs to see do they sold them and was told she would check and call back. Moments later the amazing young lady knocked on my door and brought me one to borrow for the night. Absolutely above and beyond, myself and my coworkers will be staying here from now on. 10/10.

Hotel is renovated however the restrooms are dirty. But everything else is good

The room is updated and looks nice . Toilet leaks and doesn’t flush correctly .. carpets are gross and bathroom floor wasn’t clean. Linens and bedspread looks like beds are just remade and not laundered. There were hairs on the bed.

Negatives: The hair dryer in the room didn’t work (the manager got me a new one within 30 minutes), there was no desk chair (they sent one up on request), the hot water for tea in the lobby was cold, and the milk dispenser was empty at breakfast, only enough shampoo for one wash and the lights off of the highway were so bright that even the curtains didn’t block it out. Positives: Easy high way access, spacious room, polite front desk.

Rooms were clean and cold, just like we like them, the hotel was close to family

The rooms were comfortable & reasonably clean, except for the large amounts of water on the floor outside our room. There was a water line break during our stay that affected the entire area surrounding the hotel causing the hotel to be without any water from either midnight or 6:00 a.m., depending on which story the manager felt like telling. While inconvenient, the water main break is is not the reason for my rating. The reaction of management to the lack of water was abysmal, & no attempt was made to provide at least one bottle of water for the guests. When I reported the lack of water to the front desk at 6:00 a.m., & asked if the hotel could provide one bottle of water, I was told the water "just went off" & I could purchase water from the vending machine. When my husband asked about the lack of water about an hour later, he was told the break happened at midnight. If the water loss occurred at midnight, management had ample time to obtain at least one bottle of water per guest for the morning. When we reported the large amount of water on the hard flooring outside our room, we were told it was "condensation" from the A/C, & no attempt was made to mop up the water or place a caution sign on the floor. We had to use multiple towels from our rooms to cover the floors so we would not slip & fall as the wet floor was directly outside our room & water was seeping into our room. I will not recommend this hotel based on managements reactions to these two events.

The hotel is located a half way between the prime outlets and Edinburg, so it’s very easy to move on. Good space in the breakfast zone !!

The breakfast has so little options, not much variety on the hot bars, eggs and sausages every day. Apple, canberry and O J , too watered down...
