Spacious Family Retreat • 4brm Sleeps 10 • Parkside • Quiet Los Ranchos Oasis

The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The parking was off-street and we could easily get 3 or 4 vehicles in the parking area.This was a great place that was well maintained!

Albuquerque's North Valley has a feel all on it's own, this property effortlessly conveys that feel. There is room for everyone and everything -property has several unique areas for people to have different interests and conversations and each area is large/open enough to not feel crowded - yard is great plenty of parking and great back yard / patio. Hosts very communicative/thoughtful and available for anything we needed - really was a near ideal experience. We're very much looking forward to another stay at this property the next time we're in town.

We had an amazing stay here! It was perfect for two families (4 adults, 3 kids). Such a great game/toy closet for the kids. And the hosts have really thought of everything! Plenty of fluffy towels. The location was convenient, and we loved being next to the park/playground. We had trouble with the door code on our arrival, and the hosts came right over and took care of it for us. Would 100% stay again!

Our host was very welcoming and thoughtful. She replied promptly to questions. Her communication was clear and concise. The property was just perfect! It was so incredibly clean inside and out! There was not even a speck of dust on the exterior eaves. Every consideration was made to ensure we felt at home. The primary bathroom has a huge shower with dual shower heads, great water pressure and hot hot water. It also has a large jetted tube, dual sinks and skylight. This home is well equipped with all.of the things that allow you to drop your suitcase and make yourself at home. The couches in the larger family room are super comfortable with recliners built in along with game closets and ample room to play. The smaller family room (split floorplan) has firmer sofas that are also incredibly comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. We all slept very well. The home information guide has ideas for places to eat and activities nearby. We were not disappointed in the recommendations at all! Next time we are travelling through Albuquerque, we'll be staying here! Assuming it's available that is ;).
