All the members of the staff were very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Vinyl flooring in the room. The breakfast was basic, but included a waffle maker. I would stay here again.

My sheets had to be changed 3x’s before I could utilize the bed. The front desk woman was helpful and but later the same night there was a roach in my bathroom. I didn’t complain due to the prior issue. I did request house cleaning and I never received it. Over all, it was not my best stay at a hotel and I won’t be staying again.

Check in was easy. Desk clerks was very friendly and helpful. Room was very plain but very clean. Shower could have been bigger, but that's not a huge issue. My only complaint about the room i was in qas that it was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room. The temp outside was in the 30s and i had to put the air on cool and turn it down to 66 just to get the unit to come on. When it did come on, it sounded horrible, like a belt is trying to break. The hotel was very quiet. Overall, no complaints

No one ever at front desk. Breakfast was just sad and there was no sugar to be found for the coffee. Also shady characters hang out in front of building. Never again.

I got to the property and checked in for the weekend and on sat they were trying to make my brother leave the room saying it wasn’t paid for when it was paid for the entire weekend and even paid for in advance and they continued to come to room trying to make my brother leave I came and spoke with someone at the desk they say they don’t know which I don’t understand how when I checked in at the front desk at arrival they did apologize about the inconviance or anything

When we checked in we were made aware that the internet was out. The young lady at the desk was nice and let us know she wasn't sure when the internet would be back. We went ahead and checked in because we were planning on being there for 5 days so we werent worried about it. By the time we went to bed it was back on. That night we had an issue with our towels i went down stairs and no one was at the desk. So we tried to get ahold of someone and we didn't so i waited until morning and the day desk manager/maintenance man was the best! He took care of my problems and worked really hard to try to make up for the mishaps. Unfortunately, we had another mishap with the housekeeper but the lady at the desk helped us and everything worked out. Despite the mishaps it was a really good stay especially for the price. We will definitely be back when we come to visit our family in town.

NOT SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS FRIENDLY!! MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR A ROOM AWAY FROM THE RESIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES!!! I was told my 25lb neurospicy daughter was jumping on the bed so hard it was physically bouncing the resident employees head off the wall all night long (she was asleep by 11) and he proceeded to get an attitude with me about it and when I said "I\'m sorry she\'s special needs" the resident employee interrupts me with \'YOU USE YOUR KIDS DISABILITY AS A CRUTCH" we were also charged $25 a day for "stains on towels and bedding" and when asked to produce the stained items so I could see the stains they could not remove, magically they could not find the items and I was told I had to check out or the cops would be called. Book at your own risk!

Chantal, the staff attendant, provided exceptional service throughout our stay. She was consistently attentive, especially when it came to linens and towels, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Her helpfulness and proactive approach were truly appreciated. The only thing that messed up I might stay really was me bringing to the attention I believe it's the only guy staff there the banging and all the noise upstairs didn't seem to be stopping anytime soon I really just needed a nap so I told the front desk guy he seemed to look off to a camera and proceeded to say he doesn't see any kids or anyone playing in the hallway. I was confused but I said sir I am trying to sleep in my room not the hallway... he didn't seem to understand so I just went back to my room didn't want any issues just wanted to nap

All the members of the staff were very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Vinyl flooring in the room. The breakfast was basic, but included a waffle maker. I would stay here again.

They were a convenient option for our stay. It was clean, the staff excellent!!! My only thing is breakfast included was sub par,but you have options close by.

I was disappointed in the breakfast. Not much choice. It was either cereal or waffle or toast. Coffee was good.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The floors could have cleaner but all in all the hotel was nice. It was a good value for my travel needs.

Please understand this was our first time staying here (5 day stay). Will try to keep this breif. When we 1st arrived no one at front desk (had to use a phone that is at the counter call someone to come to the front). The young lady explained that room service was only every other day & if we needed anything in between that time to let her know. We were there 4 days into our stay & no room service. We had to ask for clean towels/wash cloths numerous times. I had 3 small bags of trash that I tied up & had piled up. Told the young lady & she bless her while we were out she went & cleaned our room. Come to find out she works 12 hour shifts there with no help. Or at least she was the only one we ever saw. Breakfast was not much, everything looked old or couple of days old. You have to pay for internet if you don't have a rewards program app with them (never heard of that before). No pool if you are looking for a place that has one. Over all it was clean & a good price to stay over night if passing through. I know this is not a high dollar hotel but still. I hope they get the young lady some help.

Breakfast was OK. You had to pour from a pitcher so everyone was touching it. Only waffles, cereal, toast, and muffins. The coffee was watered down and there was no creamer and only regular sugar. You had to ask for ice and it took 3 times to finally get keys that actually worked and open the door to our room. No cork screw and the excuse was that they lent it to another guest and it was not returned.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful and told us some good places to eat in the area. The hotel was convenient to alot of stores. The parking lot was lighted up and very secure. The breakfast area was very clean and was contenal. The room was very clean and updated. When I asked for extra pillows and called the desk she was at the room with them in 5 minutes and asked me if I need anything else.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting in this area. The lobby was also very clean . I even decided to stay a second night. This is a safe and friendly business for family and couples.
