Excelente locallização, excelente tamanho dos quartos. COzinha bem equipada. Pontos fracos: ar condicionado portátil sem janela adaptada. Maior barulho no quarto e tem que dormir com a janela aberta. O banheiro não tem box ou cortina. Tem um box dobrável que é uma das coisas mais ridículas que já presenciei. Não conta com café da manhã, mas tem opções de mercado próximas.

Amazing manager and receptionist , very personal and professional

I’ve gone back and forth about writing this but decided to go ahead. We booked through Expedia, and when we got to the hotel, the one person at the front desk told us that it is common that not all details are transferred from Expedia to them. I didn’t know what he was talking about until I asked about the crib for our daughter (10 months). He then stated that this information had not been transferred from Expedia to them. When I asked if we could get a crib, the woman at the front desk got very upset with us and said we didn’t ask for one prior to booking, and they did not know we were coming w/a baby. I then told them to forget about it, and we would just have the baby sleep with us. She then continued to argue with me about whether or not we could have a crib. Minutes after I returned to our room, a crib was brought up. The person who brought it up told us they knew that we were going to need one in this room. I’d like to think that maybe the woman’s English just wasn’t that great, and she didn’t realize that the words she was using were incredibly rude. It was a very upsetting situation. I would not recommend staying at this place if you have a child with you.
