Baymont by Wyndham Snyder

I went downstairs around 8:45am for breakfast, the staff was cleaning already. She let me know that she was cleaning, so I waited. I saw 2 other staff members show up grab a plate and serve themselves, I contined to wait with my daughter. After about 15 minutes I was able to get anything and she told me I close at 9. I proceeded to tell her that she say me waiting she could have told me that before. She had me waiting with my daughter and she closed before the time.

People were so loud all night. Loud banging and doors slamming. Women being loud right outside my door. Never had that happen in a hotel before. It was wild.

Definitely not the cleanest, also had an old musty smell. Looked like dried blood on the wall in the bathroom. Just over all not clean.

The hotel is older but well maintained. The room was clean but there were steps that were missed. There was dust on the lamps, rust in the bathtub and a smear on the inside window. Breakfast was hot, fresh, & delicious.

In my mind, the most important thing about a hotel is how clean it is. Unfortunately, this one was not - filthy carpet, the room smelled like mildew, and at least a third of the surface of the bathtub was peeling up. The room also felt quite dim, and the furniture was quite old and damaged. On the plus side, the bed linens and towels were nice. Breakfast was also good.
