Anny Studios & Rooms Perissa Beach

Nous etions 3 (2 adultes 1 enfant) Point positif : A proximité de la plage, et des restaurants, piscine et bar dans l'hôtel. Une machine a laver en libre service. Menage tout les jour dans la chambre. Climatisatoon et Serviette. Dans la chambre il y a un petit frigo et une bouilloire. Point negatif : pas d'eau potable, eau de la douche salé. Pas de store occultant donc lumiere dans la chambre des 6h30 .. les lits ne ce deplace pas, domage car mon fils tombe souvent du lit et les coller aurait permis d'eviter quelques chutes 😅 , pas de gel douche a disposition prevoir les votres.. insonorisation mauvaise. On entend les voisins .. cependant nous sommes tomber sur une semaine assez calme. Nous avons passez un agreable séjours chez Anny Studio, le personnel etait sympas et a l'ecoute, une carte avec le plan de santorin et les excursions que l'hôtel propose nous a été expliquer. Je vous recomande cette hôtel pour un sejours à Santorin à moindre coût.

Firstly, this was a nice cheap Aparthotel type accommodation located on the beach in Perissa. For those who have physical disabilities or mobility issues, the property is actually located directly behind two restaurants on the beach and can ONLY be accessed via the very tiny alleyway between two restaurants (very important for those who may be wheelchair bound, with loads of suitcases or just mobility challenged). I was dropped off at the main street in Perissa and I understand why given the location. Secondly, the building looks to be more like converted flats where each room is a 'hotel room' as you can see the 'finish' decoration and some of what was underneath the painting and gloss. Not a problem but worth mentioning for transparency. 2 issues I had: 1) There was a persistent odd dog smell originating from the bedsheets and mattress protectors which I had to mask with deodorant. Not ideal! 2) housekeeping cleaners. Very good but I had an issue where they appear to knock the guest doors and enter very quickly rather than wait for about 20 secs between each knock, I was naked on one occasion and did not hear the knock initially!!! 3) lack of a safe - probably the biggest downfall which meant ihsd to carry my passport on my person each time I went out. Otherwise a moderate hotel for the budget conscious looking for a nice getaway.

Close to the beach, super friendly and helpful staff. They should let people know the taps, including the bathroom taps, are all salt water.

Overall good place for the price. Only thing I would say washroom is to small.specially the shower.
