Room was average there was no games room as in the pictures that was disappointing but the hotel was nice staff only one person but happy with stay

Staff were happy to give more coffee, sugar, and milk. They were happy to help every time I booked here again, as it was a lovely stay with kids and a clean room; all that was wrong was that the room light switch was broken, but the light still worked had a lovely stay; the staff were friendly.

Great location. Room was basically but what do you expect for the price. Was perfect as just wanted somewhere to sleep. Would visit again 😊

Most upsetting part was my daughter wanted to stay here purely because there was a games room with a pool table, air hockey, and two arcade games and we were then told on arrival as we told him this that the Games room had been removed over a year ago and the picture should’ve been removed from Hotels.com, but they hadn’t been. Before we even arrived with the cost of the room, we knew this would not be high-quality accommodation. At the end of the day the bed was comfortable enough and the bedding was clean. The towels had seen much better days and the one in bathroom had staining from overuse. The shower worked fine as did loo & sink. The entire property is rundown and in need of a good overhaul and maintenance, but we expected this with the Price. Unfortunately, the smell of weed from someone smoking was present when we arrive back on the Sunday evening. Very simply if you are looking for an extremely budget place to stay in Blackpool and you don’t care about Ayers and Grace this is perfect for you as it is right near the town centre about a 10 minute walk from the pier and Blackpool Tower.
