Absolutely disgusting property!! I wish I could upload pictures . On top of that, the property charged me an extra $30 to have the same room.That I paid for in full on the website. Staff was rude and un helpful. Drug use was very prevalent at this location as well. Very sketchy if I could give 0 stars I would.

I got there late at night after a 12 hour drive to find out that the lady in charge gave my room away. I had to find a different hotel. She gave me a ton of attitude and acted like she was doing me a favor. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time in any industry.

Does OYO not even know who did or did not check into their place? We ended up staying at the Quality Inn in Hazlehurst, MS. We arrived at OYO a little before 3 pm. No one was around. We found the place in a state of complete disrepair. What a hole we thought. I told my wife maybe they're remodeling, and we should see what the rooms looked like. So, we went and put gas in our car and came back about 25 minutes later. Still, nobody was around. Us and other people pounded on the door. After about 15 minutes of that and lastly calling the phone number provided (347-752-4159) and getting no human to talk to on the other end, we gave up and left. Pissed off and tired after already driving 12+ hours, we called other Hotels and found a place to stay the night. It's highly unlikely we'll stay at the OYO again and that brings up the trustworthiness of Expedia. How can you recommend a place like that?

Went to property to check in at about 1030pm and all check in staff was missing n on wall was a phone number for the manager. U had to call the manager to check in. I did n was told there is no staff to check me in n was supposedly tefunded my money. Never recieved a refund n had to jeep callomg phone number to manager
