Very nice beach front hotel in a nice a quiet area. Spacious rooms, good housekeeping and delicious buffet breakfast with top service. Only down side is the shuttle service (too few options) and it needs much better cleaning around the pools.

Would not recommend coming here. Breakfast is too busy and you need to wait for a table, the beach is low-tied most of the time and there are no waves. The hotel is built on levels so from entry to the beach and back it is a hike.

Food is only soso but the environment is perfect. Close to private beach, the pool is nice too. Love the beach (very shallow) and the whole atmosphere of the resort. High tie time is limited so if you want to go to the sea be aware. Will definitely visit again.

Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von 7 Nächten im schön angelegten Resort, welches aber in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dies fällt insbesondere anhand den Zimmern auf, die aber geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber sind. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und allgemein sehr zuvorkommend, allerdings wurden auch zwei mal Bestellungen am Pool vergessen bzw nicht aufgenommen. Die Bar am Pool hat täglich früher geschlossen als es in der app/Hotelinfo angegeben war. Auch die Restaurants sind nicht immer alle geöffnet gewesen, wodurch die Essensauswahl etwas eingeschränkt war. Die Essensqualität ist aber immer sehr gut und das Frühstücksbuffet enorm vielfältig. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns das Angebot für Wassersport, die täglichen Aktivitäten und die Möglichkeit für bspw Badminton und Volleyball, sowie die sehr guten Massagen im Spa.

Overall this hotel was good. The staff were good especially the pool and beach people, they were amazing. The breakfast was also incredible. The main thing that let it down was the overall condition of everything. It’s just very tired in places and in much need of an update. There were bits falling off the bar roof by the pool and lots of things were broken. In our room hardly any of the light switches worked and we didn’t even want to go near the outside tub, it was just a bit grim.
Overall this hotel was good. The staff were good especially the pool and beach people, they were amazing. The breakfast was also incredible. The main thing that let it down was the overall condition of everything. It’s just very tired in places and in much need of an update. There were bits falling off the bar roof by the pool and lots of things were broken. Great value for money for a luxury resort in Phuket. The 2 infinity pools, pool bar and private beach were the highlights. Service and staff was outstanding. The room itself and hotel grounds were well maintained for a 20 year old property but its age did not go unnoticed. It is secluded and quiet, best to rent a car for accessibility to old town and the rest of the island. Plenty of parking on site

It was our last stop before heading home. We did a lot of activities prior to arriving to this hotel and were hoping for relaxing part. Unfortunately, there was a restaurant renovation and we could forget about relaxation. If I knew I would have booked different hotel. Apart from this ok.

Spent 4 lovely days at The Pullman and enjoyed every minute of it. Gorgeous beach hotel. Great breakfast with views over the ocean. The three swimming pools were perfect with plenty of sun beds for sunbathing. Staff were very friendly and served us well. Liked the FREE kayaking and paddle boat thought that was a nice touch.

For a 5-star hotel this expensive, this was a truly terrible experience. After two days of traveling, we arrived to find no towels in our room. It took five calls to reception before we got beach towels instead of regular towels. The next day, we were given only one towel for three people, and the day after, just two towels—still not enough for 3 of us. The cleanliness was appalling. Our room had tiny ants crawling everywhere, and the bathtub was not cleaned properly, with hair all around the drain when we checked in. This level of hygiene is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one at this price point. Customer service was virtually non-existent. Every time I called to order room service, I was told someone would call back, but no one ever did. When I tried to extend our stay while waiting for other accommodations, I called the day before and was told to call back later. The next morning, on the day of check-out, we were suddenly informed that the hotel was fully booked and had to leave immediately, with no prior notice. To extend our stay, I was casually advised to check a well known third party service for availability. This hotel failed on all fronts—cleanliness, service, and communication. As an expensive hotel it was an absolute disappointment. I would never recommend staying here. Spend your money somewhere that values its guests and provides basic services.

The hotell itself is okay. We would however not have chosen it again. The aircondition in our villa was making loud screaming sounds at random times, several times during the night. We made the management aware of this on 4 occasions and they sent engineers to our villa several times. They were sorry, but it never got fixed. I lost my temper at the last night when it woke us up at 1 am, and then we were offered to change villas. But who does that in the middle of the night. There were also cockroaches on the property, and we saw one huge one in our villa. Really disturbing. The bathtub was not really cleaned during housekeeping. The service around the pool and at the beach is close to non existing, you have to either catch them, or walk up to the bar above the pools yourself. There are also loads of crows and birds hunting for food there, but as they rarely clean up if you do order, you might have to walk back your trays yourself if you want to avoid being hassled by the birds and getting your towels full of bird poop. We ended up doing that on a couple occasions. If you don’t pay at the bar, it’s a 50/50 chance of getting your change. I don’t mind tipping, and most times I do. But ending up paying double just because I lack small bills in not ideal.

My 3rd stay, as usual, overall stay has been amazing: clean rooms, great facilities (2nd pool is just as amazing as the main pool), great breakfast buffet and overall an amazingly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Looking forward to my next booking!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view and service were amazing. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the breakfast buffet was great. The pool area was beautiful, although the pool water was a bit too warm for my liking. Overall, a great experience!

Repeat guest here. Other than the slight delayed check-in, everything about the Pullman was as expected: professional, courteous staff, clean rooms, facilities and great atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is a SPECTACULAR! Pullman Panwa is always my “go-to” resort: easily accessible to restaurants, and a great, peaceful place away from the busy/party areas.

Bedside Light switch, hair dryer not working. Bathroom door cannot close. 1st night the shower drainage is clogged. Sent this list to hotel, they changed the hair dryer and unclogged the shower drainage. Had buffet dinner at hotel, the BBQ meat and prawn is tough, need to ask chef to re-cook fresh. Not much selection at breakfast too.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view and service were amazing. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the breakfast buffet was great. The pool area was beautiful, although the pool water was a bit too warm for my liking. Overall, a great experience!

Overall this hotel was good. The staff were good especially the pool and beach people, they were amazing. The breakfast was also incredible. The main thing that let it down was the overall condition of everything. It’s just very tired in places and in much need of an update. There were bits falling off the bar roof by the pool and lots of things were broken. In our room hardly any of the light switches worked and we didn’t even want to go near the outside tub, it was just a bit grim.
Overall this hotel was good. The staff were good especially the pool and beach people, they were amazing. The breakfast was also incredible. Great value for money for a luxury resort in Phuket. The 2 infinity pools, pool bar and private beach were the highlights. Service and staff was outstanding. The room itself and hotel grounds were well maintained for a 20 year old property but its age did not go unnoticed. It is secluded and quiet, best to rent a car for accessibility to old town and the rest of the island. Plenty of parking on site

the property is gracious yet somewhat aged. I had a wonderful suit but the little thing such as the plumbing fixtures not working properly and the beach in the morning walking amongst trash was annoying. otherwise the quit location and staff we lovely

For a 5-star hotel this expensive, this was a truly terrible experience. After two days of traveling, we arrived to find no towels in our room. It took five calls to reception before we got beach towels instead of regular towels. The next day, we were given only one towel for three people, and the day after, just two towels—still not enough for 3 of us. The cleanliness was appalling. Our room had tiny ants crawling everywhere, and the bathtub was not cleaned properly, with hair all around the drain when we checked in. This level of hygiene is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one at this price point. Customer service was virtually non-existent. Every time I called to order room service, I was told someone would call back, but no one ever did. When I tried to extend our stay while waiting for other accommodations, I called the day before and was told to call back later. The next morning, on the day of check-out, we were suddenly informed that the hotel was fully booked and had to leave immediately, with no prior notice. To extend our stay, I was casually advised to check a well known third party service for availability. This hotel failed on all fronts—cleanliness, service, and communication. As an expensive hotel it was an absolute disappointment. I would never recommend staying here. Spend your money somewhere that values its guests and provides basic services.

The hotell itself is okay. We would however not have chosen it again. The aircondition in our villa was making loud screaming sounds at random times, several times during the night. We made the management aware of this on 4 occasions and they sent engineers to our villa several times. They were sorry, but it never got fixed. I lost my temper at the last night when it woke us up at 1 am, and then we were offered to change villas. But who does that in the middle of the night. There were also cockroaches on the property, and we saw one huge one in our villa. Really disturbing. The bathtub was not really cleaned during housekeeping. The service around the pool and at the beach is close to non existing, you have to either catch them, or walk up to the bar above the pools yourself. There are also loads of crows and birds hunting for food there, but as they rarely clean up if you do order, you might have to walk back your trays yourself if you want to avoid being hassled by the birds and getting your towels full of bird poop. We ended up doing that on a couple occasions. If you don’t pay at the bar, it’s a 50/50 chance of getting your change. I don’t mind tipping, and most times I do. But ending up paying double just because I lack small bills in not ideal.

I would and will never ever come back to your hotel again. Starting from the slow services. As soon as we entered the hotel we had to wait 30 minutes just to even talk to an employee in the reception. There was a free table and yet no one called us. I had to go up my self and explain my dissatisfaction for you to bring someone to check me in. And let's talk about the pool bar and restaurant services, the slowest I have ever seen. You ask for the easiest and quickest item on the menu at the pool bar which is water and it takes 15 minutes and multiple times of asking to receive it. Another thing is how bad the paying system is. Everytime we ordered something even if we were relaxing by the pool, they would bring the bill to sign everytime instead of just keeping your tab open. Another thing that was absolutely horrible - the rooms had a leak from the A/C and when we called to tell reception, they said they'll get on it and never did. Also, when we checked in we were supposed to receive our keys for both rooms but one was not ready, the reception lady that checked us in told me that as soon as the room was ready she would bring the key herself. Instead she didn't bring me anything and made me call reception 4 different times and on top of all of that, she told the baggage staff to put our baggage in the dirty room and we didn't have access to it till we received the key. The breakfast buffet is a SPECTACULAR! Pullman Panwa is always my “go-to” resort: easily accessible to restaurants, and a great, peaceful place away from the busy/party areas.

Deuxième séjour et le dernier. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3. L’hotel nous donne une chambre double petite impossible d’y mettre un extra bed mais pourtant vendu pour 3. Ils nous disent aue notre enfant devait dormir dans notre lit. Ils me disent qu’ils sont complets mais de la dispo sur leur site web et leurs plateformes. Une grosse galère à attendre plus de trois heures avant qu’ils ne m’attribuent une chambre pour 3 personnes car j’ai du réclamé auprès d’hotels.com de m’aider à solutionner ce problème. L’hotel m’a donné une chambre avec un souci de fenêtre pas du tout isolée. Il nous a été impossible de dormir au vu du bruit. Personnel incompétent et management déplorable. Pas digne d’un pullman. Aucun manager ne se déplace malgré nos sollicitations et ne répond même pas à Hotels.com. Apprenez à respecter vos clients et évitez de mentir avec des surbookings inexistants. Nul nul nul

Booked this resort for my birthday trip and they prepared a room with birthday decor and a small cake to welcome me , that’s so so sweet ! Staff also very friendly, thoughtful, and they will fulfil your needs if possible. They are complimentary stuffs campaign going on when you join member now. I recommend this resort if you want to chill and a quiet area to stay. Around this area have very limited stores, and don’t have 7-11 nearby. From airport to this resort takes about 1hr plus with smooth traffic.

This hotel did not disappoint. the staff was so accommodating. be sure to ask for matthew, he’s amazing. The food. the rooms. everything’s was impeccable. keep in mind though, the hotel is an hour plus from the airport so plan accordingly

The hotel needs maintenance and renovation of facilities and furniture, raising the level of hygiene, and controlling insects such as mosquitoes and reptiles such as lizerd and frogs that are spread everywhere. Spent 4 lovely days at The Pullman and enjoyed every minute of it. Gorgeous beach hotel. Great breakfast with views over the ocean. The three swimming pools were perfect with plenty of sun beds for sunbathing. Staff were very friendly and served us well. Liked the FREE kayaking and paddle boat thought that was a nice touch.
Spent 4 lovely days at The Pullman and enjoyed every minute of it. Gorgeous beach hotel. Great breakfast with views over the ocean. The three swimming pools were perfect with plenty of sun beds for sunbathing. Staff were very friendly and served us well. Liked the FREE kayaking and paddle boat thought that was a nice touch.

The pool bar (Baibua & P) service is incredibly attentive; they always anticipate guests' needs before being asked. In addition The receptionist (Takky )was very helpful and solved my issue. Unfortunately, the tiles at the bottom of the pool are uneven, which scratched and cut my toes. Please look into this matter. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay.😄
