When we got to our room, the door was not closed all of the way and we were able to enter our room without the key. The room was DIRTY. Stains on pillow covers, sheets, hair on floor of bathroom, shower had hair too.

The room was spacious and relatively clean. There was some mystery brown smudge on the divan in the room, so we didn’t use that at all to sit on or put anything we owned on. Bed was clean, as was the bathroom. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful during our stay! Very grateful for them! Great coffee, too!
