Très très bon hôtel pour les familles qui ne souhaitent pas bcp sortir tout est à l’hôtel rien à dire hormis la nourriture mais bon c’est connu dans les hôtels espagnols

A estadia foi de 7 noites
Toppen med två små barn. Fanns en del att önska vad gäller underhåll av hotellet då det i pooler saknades mosaik på sina ställen och slitage i allmänna utrymmen. Maten var väl varken smakrik eller varierad, blev chockad över bristen av vettig aioli i basutbudet. Positivt var närheten till strand, många olika alternativ för bad och lek samt hjälpsam personal överallt utom i restaurangen där dom var lite tunnelseende. Stor fördel att bo i ett family swim up terrace för enkel badlek.

when we arrived to the room notice the following : 1- AC is not working , that took 2 hours to fix 2- Towels were not enough that they brought quickly 3- phone is not working and it stay that way until we left 4- try to use the safe , its not working and apparently there is charge to use it 30 euro which we paid , but still was not able to use it until the following day, we stayed in many hotels in different countries never had to pay to use the safe that was very strange. 5- all workers hang outside from our room in the street smoking and chatting until sometime 2 am. For us we will never stay here again , there is much better places don't waste your money. the only good thing was the staff friendly , even sometimes we have to find translator as several don't speak English ( other than the reception area)

Staff were excellent. Some areas are looking tired and in need of updating for the price you pay and 4 star rating. Lovely hotel though and mostly very well maintained, clean and comfortable

Clean, nice beach. Excellent waterpark and dinning options. Fantastic hotel for families. Would come here again.
