We loved this charming bed & breakfast place! It was quaint and quiet, even when fully booked, and the owners were very welcoming, nice and took great care and pride in their B&B. The outdoor deck with a view of the river is quite lovely. It's a bit of a drive to get into the city, but there are also many places to explore nearby, too. A few benefits of the B&B is the free parking and a wonderful breakfast (included).

Very well located hostel near the Montmorency Falls and Île d'Orléans. Comfortable rooms with a magnificent view of the river from the shared balcony. A simple breakfast is provided and served by the very friendly hosts.

Beautiful elevated view of the river and close to the most spectacular waterfall park. Very clean and helpful, accommodating hosts. Short, direct, and convenient ride to the center of old Quebec, but not much in terms of restaurants in the immediate area.

The hosts were so very personable and helpful. They were attentive to all our needs and accommodated us as needed. The home is lovely and parking is easily accessible. The views were lovely and the rooms were very comfortable and quiet.

Magnifique B&B et vue splendide depuis la salle à manger. Alex et Elena sont charmants et très accueillants. On ressent qu’ils souhaitent que leurs hôtes passent un très beau séjour chez eux et c’est réussi. Nous avions la chambre la skieuse, parfaite en famille. Les lits sont d’un confort exceptionnel. Tout est très propre. Le fait de devoir enlever ses chaussures ne nous a pas du tout déranger. Au contraire, cela apporte un caractère familial sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et complet. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter Québec, la chute de Montmorency et l’île d’Orléans. Nous avons passé un séjour comme on l’espérait et conseillerons avec plaisir ce logement à nos amis. We were looking for a place close enough to Quebéc touristic area, but away from all the noise. The place is 15 minutes driving from the Citadel. Couldn't be better. Alex and Elena provided our family an amazing stay. The bedroom was spotless clean. Actually the whole house is very well maintained. We really enjoyed our breakfast time, eggs were deliciously cooked. We definitely recommend this place and absolutely would stay there again next time we visit the area.

Deuxième fois que j'y vais et vais surement revenir. Calme, propre, bien situé, vue spectaculaire, accès à une magnifique terrasse. L'hospitalité est très présente car les hôtes nous permettent de profiter d'une superbe salle à manger et cuisine (frigo microonde) ce qui est très pratique.

We stayed three nights with our family of four in a room with a King bed attached to another with two singles. The beds were very comfortable. The property is in a quiet, scenic spot about 10 minutes from Quebec City, right on the St. Lawrence and across from Île d'Orléans, which has charming antique and art shops—very different from the more touristy feel of Quebec City. We enjoyed a guided tour of Château Frontenac and loved the Notre Dame Basilica (free entry). We also heard Saint Anne’s Basilica is worth the drive. The bathroom was small and functional, with a compact fiberglass shower—reminiscent of a cruise ship setup. Breakfast each day included yogurt, bread, jam, thawed waffles, and eggs to order. It’s a simpler offering than what we've had at some other B&Bs with more customized or chef-inspired meals. The house had a noticeable aroma in the evenings, likely from cooking, and the early sunrise (around 4:45 a.m.) made us wish for blackout curtains. That said, the location is peaceful, and we enjoyed chatting with other guests in the shared upstairs space. The host was warm and welcoming. A traditional B&B stay with close proximity to Quebec City.

We stayed in a cozy private house with a unique retro-style design. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Great location — only a 5-minute walk to the waterfall. Peaceful and atmospheric place, perfect for a quiet getaway. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Property is very well decorated. Alex the owner is really helpful. Transportation is difficult if you don’t have a car. We asked Alex to send us to places and he obliged as we could not get a taxi or Uber. Breakfast is good. Montmorency Falls - top of the falls is accessible by McDonalds and it is only 10 minutes drive. There is a free shuttle bus to McDonald if you don’t have a car. From there you can take the number 800 bus to Old Quebec.

We were looking for a place close enough to Quebéc touristic area, but away from all the noise. The place is 15 minutes driving from the Citadel. Couldn't be better. Alex and Elena provided our family an amazing stay. The bedroom was spotless clean. Actually the whole house is very well maintained. We really enjoyed our breakfast time, eggs were deliciously cooked. We definitely recommend this place and absolutely would stay there again next time we visit the area.

Magnifique B&B et vue splendide depuis la salle à manger. Alex et Elena sont charmants et très accueillants. On ressent qu’ils souhaitent que leurs hôtes passent un très beau séjour chez eux et c’est réussi. Nous avions la chambre la skieuse, parfaite en famille. Les lits sont d’un confort exceptionnel. Tout est très propre. Le fait de devoir enlever ses chaussures ne nous a pas du tout déranger. Au contraire, cela apporte un caractère familial sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et complet. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter Québec, la chute de Montmorency et l’île d’Orléans. Nous avons passé un séjour comme on l’espérait et conseillerons avec plaisir ce logement à nos amis. We stayed three nights with our family of four in a room with a King bed attached to another with two singles. The beds were very comfortable. The property is in a quiet, scenic spot about 10 minutes from Quebec City, right on the St. Lawrence and across from Île d'Orléans, which has charming antique and art shops—very different from the more touristy feel of Quebec City. We enjoyed a guided tour of Château Frontenac and loved the Notre Dame Basilica (free entry). We also heard Saint Anne’s Basilica is worth the drive. The bathroom was small and functional, with a compact fiberglass shower—reminiscent of a cruise ship setup. Breakfast each day included yogurt, bread, jam, thawed waffles, and eggs to order. It’s a simpler offering than what we've had at some other B&Bs with more customized or chef-inspired meals. The house had a noticeable aroma in the evenings, likely from cooking, and the early sunrise (around 4:45 a.m.) made us wish for blackout curtains. That said, the location is peaceful, and we enjoyed chatting with other guests in the shared upstairs space. The host was warm and welcoming. A traditional B&B stay with close proximity to Quebec City.

We loved this charming bed & breakfast place! It was quaint and quiet, even when fully booked, and the owners were very welcoming, nice and took great care and pride in their B&B. The outdoor deck with a view of the river is quite lovely. It's a bit of a drive to get into the city, but there are also many places to explore nearby, too. A few benefits of the B&B is the free parking and a wonderful breakfast (included).

We were only 11 minutes from Old Quebec City and it was very easy to get to. A half an hour walk to the Montmorency falls, 6 minutes from the golf course and 10 minutes from Ile d’Orleans island and a half hour away from Jacques-Cartier national park. Restaurants were close by too.

Beautiful elevated view of the river and close to the most spectacular waterfall park. Very clean and helpful, accommodating hosts. Short, direct, and convenient ride to the center of old Quebec, but not much in terms of restaurants in the immediate area.

Très belle propriété face au St Laurent, les hôtes sont super serviables et gentil. L’emplacement est super top à 25 minutes à pied des chutes, à 10 minutes de l’Ile d’Orlean et à 20 minutes de Québec en voiture.

We stayed in a cozy private house with a unique retro-style design. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Great location — only a 5-minute walk to the waterfall. Peaceful and atmospheric place, perfect for a quiet getaway. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

I don’t like the city at all, so I wanted to try a place away. The drive in was beautiful and Alex and Elena are very kind. I won’t stay anywhere else when traveling to Quebec in the future.

We were the only visitors there. They had a heavy blanket on the bed and I'm not good with heavy blankets. I was thankful they had a chest with other blankets and there was a nice soft light but warm blanket. I was thankful for that. It was very clean. The staff were great. They allowed us to check in early and they gave us information on where we could find a reasonable and good restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Even though there were just 2 of us there (my husband and myself), it was a full breakfast. They cooked us eggs and potato patty - there were waffles, toast, ham and cheese and raspberry jam. They came up for breakfast - right at the time they said it started - even with just 2 of us. The view was beautiful, they had a very large balcony looking out to the river. All in all we were very pleased with it. It may have been a little expensive, but I don't have much experience with hotels to compare it to.

The hosts were so very personable and helpful. They were attentive to all our needs and accommodated us as needed. The home is lovely and parking is easily accessible. The views were lovely and the rooms were very comfortable and quiet.
