Absolutely love staying at The Rivavi. I have stayed here twice now & definitely keen to stay here again in the future. Great location, amazing helpful, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, even received a complimentary room upgrade because I was a return guest. Tasty breakfast included & the restaurant has a great menu. My favourite hotel.

Shower rose was the wrong fitting which was quickly rectified much appreciated. There seemed to be a mix up with the free breakfast - we were expecting a buffet but got to choose off the menu which was fine. But the next day we were only allowed to choose 1 item per section. But then the next day we could have whatever we wanted - new staff last day. The spa massage sessions offered were in your room on your bed - massage table would have been more hygienic. Great location handy to everything
