E' il tipico hotel di stile Foreste Nera, dall'architettura esterna alla cura degli interni che rimandano alla tradizione di questa parte della Germania. In più c'è una grande efficienza moderna fatta di servizi, appliances utili, internet efficiente e tanti altri dettagli che non ti fanno sentire fuori dal mondo. Infine la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria, grazie anche al pass turistico, consentono di muoversi in tutta la regione senza alcun costo e accedere ad altre facilities locali

The hotel is immediately located beyond the train station, and is central to shops and restaurants. From my room, I experienced beautiful views of the mountains and enjoyed natural light within the well maintained and nicely decorated room. Staff were incredibly kind and the restaurant served tasteful meals each night of my stay. I highly recommend Hotel Schwarzwaldhof Gutzweiler for anyone traveling to Hinterzarten and/or Ravenna Gorge. Also, it is only one train stop from Lake Titisee, making it a perfect spot for access, too.

Les différents espaces pour la restauration et le bar sont très accueillants, très bien décorés et chaleureux, on s'y sent vraiment bien. Toutefois au niveau des chambres c'est pas tout à fait la même ambiance, la déco est minimaliste et l'ambiance est plutôt froide. Les lits sont toutefois confortables, et malgré que nous ayons eu une chambre qui donne directement sur la gare, elle était très calme.
