The hotel has no place to park while you drop off your bags! the lobby is tiny and unattractive -- obviously this building was converted into a hotel from something else, and the lobby got the poor end of the redesign. The breakfast staff spent the entire time we were there chatting amogst themselves. The front desk person checking us in was fine, but there was not one person there when we departed. The location is excellent! Overall too costly for what you get!

This was a lovely little hotel , parking across the road for a fee. Vilafranca was ok, wasn’t much going on, lots of places were closed and not much street life.

Well-located, clean establishment, but very impersonal. A deactivated key card issue left someone without a room in the middle of the night, with no one to contact to resolve it.

The stay was excellent from start to finish, especially being a solo traveler. The room was superb and the staff went beyond each day. The parking across the street made life so easy as I came and went multiple times a day. Definitely will stay there again if I come back to the area

Très déçu, les uniformes des employés étaient tachés, les draps étaient tachés les portes faisaient des marques sur le plancher sans doute parce qu’ils ont recouvert l’ancien plancher sans tenir compte des portes Dans le lonely planet 2024, on parlait d’un hotel de luxe mais plus maintenant
