mal tienes que hacer chek in en otro hotel trasladar te con maletas por 350 MTS de ida y vuelta y el hotel no te lleva o recoje maletas, no se ponen en contacto contigo, el cuarto demasiado pequeño sin ventilación, NO TIENE CAJA DE SEGURIDAD QUE ES BÁSICO

La ubicación está excelente, la propiedad buena, pero para hacer el check in y check out es un poco complicado, el personal es muy amable. El ruido es demasiado y el baño tenía bastantes oportunidades en limpieza. La habitación es pequeña pero es linda.

The rooms were lovely however check in process was confusing and not very clear on booking, there is no rooftop bar directly by these rooms and check in and check out is completed in a separate location which is a bit confusing and slightly inconvenient. Apart from that, the actual location is great and it was enjoyable

We did have not running hot water for 2 days, they claimed they sent a repair person to fix the problem but when we came back to the room later in the day the water was still cold. Initially when we requested for our rooms to be changed the hotel claimed they at no rooms available, after expressing our frustration about how we paid for this room and expect hot water they magically found a room the night before at 11 pm before we checked out for us to switch rooms (although new room had an odour we have no choice since we needed to shower). Also wanted to warn everyone that the WIFI was very slow, we were having troubles opening basic emails and articles on our devices, this was also brought to the hotels attention it they claimed there is nothing that could be done on the weekend and we would have to wait until Monday (when we check out) for someone to look into this. The last thing to be aware about is that the hotel misrepresents the rooms, these a shared units with a small kitchen and small living room with individual rooms, and the sound travel very easily, you can your neighbours beside you and upstairs, we did not sleep well at all as people were making noise all night.
