No Wi-Fi in my room. No attempt to find another room. Breakfast: all you get is 2 slices of bread, butter, jam, juice and the/coffee. A guest complained about the size of room. Another that the reception was unmanned all the time. They just don't care

This hotel states check in from 08.00. What they don't say, is reception is open 8-10. You have to contact the day before to speak about check in. I did not see, hence did not do this. The hotel did contact me 48 hours prior to check in for payment, they could have mentioned their policy then. Hence, upon arrival, there was nobody at the hotel and the 2 phone numbers provided in reception were switched off. We had to book alternative accommodation at extra cost....

Good clean hotel, in quiet area of town, except for the trains sounding there horns this during the day, evenings quiet. Good recommendation where to dine from the owner.

Jacqueline was the most amazing hostess while we were there. She had our coffee and our tea ready for us every morning and she was so polite and so nice great stay comfortable room great location as we use the train and bus stop easy to walk out of town Rienosa is a fabulous town.
