The upgrade to the hotel is gorgeous. Absolutely loved the decor. It was clean, smelled good and the bed was comfy. Check in and check out was a breeze. The pillows aren’t the best but I still slept well. The pool is great! We really loved it!

Perfect location for visiting the theme parks. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. We also enjoyed the pool area and onsite restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel for the 4th if July weekend. It was clean, near everything, and staff was friendly. No issues at all. The pool was nice and on one day they had a DJ, which was pretty cool. Gym is small but had all the essentials. Breakfast is not included. And watch out for those resort fees and that parking fee! $30/night for self parking! I rented thru Expedia and it was not really noted unless you're looking for it. A little expensive when your add all that up but no complaints.

Excellent option to stay close to Disney Springs. The only negative comment is that they charge overnight parking which I was not aware.

What this property lacks in amenities they attempt to make up for in friendly service, but fell short for me, enormous resort fee and parking fees. We arrived later than expected and there was nothing open for food. Unfortunately, the front desk doesn’t have access to the gift shop. And was closed. So we couldn’t even buy a box of Ramen noodles or bottle of water if we wanted to. Not even vending machines available. Everything around us was closed and definitely not within walking distance. The only thing we could do is order Domino’s. Upon checking in, they claimed to “upgrade” our room, however, I paid for a room with two queen beds and a pull-out couch. We were given a very small room with two beds and NO pull-out couch. Too tired to go back to the front desk, I mentioned this the next day and all they offered was to move us. I was not packing everything up again. There were no available ICE machines anywhere, and other travel sites listed that the pool was heated, the pool was in fact, not heated and extremely cold. The hot tub is super small, fit maybe 4 people. The pool bar never opened, and everything in the “arcade was for an additional fee.” even though this property advertises, lower nightly rates, they absolutely make up for it in fee’s.

I stayed here to be close enough to the Orlando Conference center for a meeting (about 15min uber ride) but be able to walk to Disney Springs, which it was. The pool area was smaller than it looked in the photos and not really nice enough to want to hang there and read a book. My room fine and pretty standard for a hotel chain. It was overall clean and respectable but easily forgotten. Having said that, I'd stay again for a meeting but probably not if I was going on vacation with my family or a romantic getaway.

All around nice hotel. Updated since my last visit. Rooms were fine. Walked back from Disney Springs. Ubers were quick around property. Well stay here again. Great pool and pool bar too.

Friendly front desk and cleaning crew. Clean room, 15 min walk to the Disney Spring. Resort fee at $45 daily, in return, hotel provided $15 voucher everyday. Bathroom is clean, water is strong. Morning bus to Disney is available hourly, we took the 08:05 on the first morning and arrived DK at 08:45. Uber and Lyft is the way to go unless you want to take the 07:05 bus. Overall, great choice for families visiting WDW.

Was such an amazing stay! The staff was absolutely amazing and so kind. They were beyond accommodating and we had the best time. Room was perfect and clean entire property was clean and so cute!

The floor was filthy in my room and bottles for soap, shampoo etc in the shower were empty

Great hotel, very clean and great location.

Great price, shuttle to Disney, walkable neighborhood, pool, gym, hot tub. Only complaint was the bathroom floor tiles being pretty dirty.

Service at the front desk was good. The minute we got into our room there was a musky smell and a cockroach was on the dresser. We requested a room change; and checked out the following day.

Thought the room was decent but the bathroom area just didn’t feel clean. Lots of mildew around the crawling for shower area.

The first room we received had a dead cockroach on the floor . I went back and asked for a different room. We were moved from the first floor to the second floor. In this room we found a LIVE bug running around the square shower. We killed it but decided we couldn’t stay at a hotel which is obviously infested with bugs and not cleaned well. I went to the desk and the man was on the phone so I left my keys and found a different hotel to stay the weekend at. Such a disappointment for what was supposed to be a “4 stars hotel.

When I arrived at the hotel at 1am, I was met with 3 staff members. All were very friendly. I had previously left another hotel and was extremely exhausted. I was NOT told that I would have to pay an entire day for TWO hours and had I checked in at 3 am it would have been considered early check in. I get into the room on the first floor. I would NOT recommend this. There were bugs I found on the floor, the rooms were clearly outdated, flooring was very questionable and hard to tell if it were truly cleaned. The room smelled stale. I was so exhausted I sprayed the bed and hoped for the best. The next morning (mind you I had a reservation from Th to Su. My son had a tournament so we left early and I was going to talk to the staff when we returned. We came back only to find our stuff LOCKED in the room and the keycard not working. I go to the front, I explain about the bugs, I explain my stuff is in the room and to inquire about what’s going on. I spoke with one of the girls and she said pest control had been called and that they can change rooms but I needed another hold fee that cannot be waived. I was livid. I eventually spoke with Savannah the manager and she took care of everything. We were moved to the 17th floor and while the flooring still is questionable, it was a MUCH better stay. We went to the restaurant and the food was good. We had a nice view and could see the fireworks from our room. Overall it ended well but I WOULD NOT stay on the 1st floor

Our room that slept 5 only had 3 bath towels available. The sleeper sofa pull out bed was all springs. The room was clean with nice decor.

We enjoyed this property very much. Only complaint was there was something in the room setting off our allergies. Not sure if it was cleaning products? Also city facing rooms will be noisy in the higher floors due to them facing the interstate so you will hear that all night. Next time will request ground or second floor room on opposite side of hotel. Overall very nice hotel and price was great.

Hotel is nice and clean. Room was nice. Soda bed mattress springs were terrible had to put the sofa cushion on top of it so my daughter could sleep.

Rooms were updated and property had lots of modern touches to it. Service was incredibly helpful and polite. Would come back and stay if I were to do another Disney trip.

Check in was very easy. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Parking was close and easy and the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Disney Springs, which was great. We had asked for an extra blanket for the couch bed and one was brought within a short time. We asked the little cafe for a bag of ice for our cooler, which was given with a smile. The ladies in the restaurant were all very helpful and kind as well. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Pool area was very nice. We had no complaints at all and would definitely stay again. Fantastic facility and staff!

Such an amazing hotel. The location is a 10+ within walking distance to Disney Springs! The hotel had wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The pool was clean, the pool bar was great and the DJ made it all the more fun! The gym was super clean and they have free morning yoga classes!! Would recommend it to anyone!!

Bath room door didn't close properly and you can hear the close traffic noise even by been in the 10th floor

Our stay was excellent. The hotel looks like it’s been recently updated. The last time we stayed here at the pool and bar area was not in service. The upgrades look excellent. This is a great hotel for the money. It’s in a wonderful location. Special mention for front desk personnel… Specifically, Sasha. She went out of her way to make our stay wonderful. I can’t say enough about her excellent attitude and accommodating manner. She is a credit to the staff!

It takes a lot to make me never want to return to a property but I think this place pulled it off. We arrived after midnight our first night after a day of travel. We were exhausted. Then we find that they had overbooked, they send us to a hotel 10 minutes down the road. It was a very nice hotel but after a day of travel it was the very last thing we wanted to do. What would they have done if we didn’t have our own vehicle? Plus we were only staying two nights so we had to check out of the new hotel at 11am and this hotel was not available until after 2pm. We had planned a lazy pool day with walking to Disney Springs in the evening. Kind of hard when you need to pack up and check out and check in in the middle of the day. We got some food credits but really we only got what I paid for as I paid for breakfast both nights so they gave us ‘extra’ aka the breakfast we did not get the first night that I paid for. Then we finally got settled and did our evening in the springs. The next day we woke to ICE cold showers. And went down to eat to some of the slowest service we’ve ever had. We didn’t even get a chance to use the ‘extra’ credits because we had to check out before we got enough food/drinks to even use them. The pool is not heated just as an FYI, it was cold, though not as cold as our morning showers. All of this with being a Marriott member so don’t think that will help you out at all. The only positive was the bellhop was very friendly and helpful.

The property was nice and clean, and it was conveniently within walking distance of Disney Springs. However, we encountered several issues with room service. We called four times to request sheets for the sofa in our suite, but they finally arrived at midnight, despite our first call being made around eight in the evening. While the restaurant's food was good, the service left much to be desired.

Hotel it self was great. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfy. The property got a remodel and it’s beautiful. However the best part has to be the staff . They were so helpful and accommodating.

The concierge, front desk, f&b, housekeeping and onsite restaurant american grill staff made it very special with their support and service in celebrating my father’s birthday weekend

Room, bed, check in were all great. Bed was fantastic. Only issue is the quality of the breakfast buffet. The food quality is exactly what you would find in a discount bottom dollar hotel breakfast. Orange juice is the cheap stuff. Muffins are frozen/ thawed gas station quality. Not acceptable for $30. I don’t mind paying well for a breakfast, but don’t feed me garbage.

Quick and friendly check in. There were two women who were working in the Starbucks cafe around 7 pm on Feb 15 that were very helpful and friendly (sorry I didn’t get their names).

This property is nicely remodeled and clean. The restaurant and bar staff was great.

The hotel in general is ok. The problem is the restaurant even though the food is good, they have many problems making your order, the plates are incomplete (they don't include what it says in the menu) they make many mistakes, I order a french toast, they give me pancakes...and they took forever....The buffet had no eggs or protein (bacon or sausage) the waiters are no where to find... maybe is understaff not sure but I had a problem everyday with my food.

Loved our experience. Drinks at the bar could have been a bit bigger especially for the price. Overall an excellent experience we will be back .
