The staff was excellent. They surprised me with a bottle of wine and dessert for my birthday and went out of their way numerous times to make us feel special. The room was very well appointed and had a separate space my wife could do some work when needed. The gym is a bit small but it’s good enough, and there is a full spa, steam, sauna, pool, etc on the property which was excellent. Great restaurant just downstairs for dinner and breakfast. The rooftop bar is a plus to grab a drink at sunset.

We are fussy travelers from Manhattan and keep high standards. La Fleur was a perfect hotel. Quaint. New. Excellent location block from the water and main restaurant and shopping area. It had everything you need, small pool, gym, spa, sauna and steam. Lovely and quaint rooftop bar with great views. Well appointed rooms. Most importantly beside total cleanness is staff. The staff is amazing. All the people for day and night teams whilst we were there this week weee outstanding! Everyone in the team should be proud of themselves. So friendly. Genuine. Kind. They made the hotel shine. Our waiter(forget name) was l sweet and most thorough-he made our dinner all the better. Thank you everyone at La Fleur-you are the five stars of the hotel.

When you do not have to state your name you know you're staying in a true boutique hotel. This one checks all the boxes. The room is spacious with all the amenities you could want. High end materials and decorations adds to a true five star luxurious experience throughout the hotel. High tech rooms with motorized curtains. Breakfast buffet is on the smaller side but well sufficient and with the option to order egg dishes. Very attentive staff and a real cappuccino gets a thumbs up from me. Not many negatives to report, it can be a bit loud when Basil's Bar plays music at full blast late into the night down the street. Sometimes rooms can have too much tech and you stumble to turn on the lights after an night out. As always, location is very important, even though it's not waterfront it's not far from it, one block and you're down at the waterfront promenade. A more laid back and genuine location and the touristy level is not dialed up to 100 as over at Porto. Do not miss out on the rooftop bar, one of few places you can get a 360 view of the town, and if you're into aviation you can spot some planes taking off from the busy nearby airport as well as looking at all the anchored boats.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and my room was very nice. The rooftop terrace is lovely and the chef even prepared a delicious vegan meal for me. I would highly recommend La Fleur!

As lovely as this new artistically designed hotel is, that is surpassed by the wonderful staff- so friendly and exceedingly helpful. We had a potential luggage issue with our connecting flight and they went above and beyond to assist even contacting personal friends who worked for the airlines. I also had a fabulous deep tissue massage by Adrianna. A little gem boutique hotel!

Spacious room, ideal location, helpful staff. Marina and key local attractions easily accessible from the hotel. The indoor pool/spa/gym area was ideal for the size of the hotel and had all basic amenities covered but with additional touches. Breakfast selection was reasonable.

Das Hotel ist ganz neu gebaut, relativ klein mit 15 Zimmern, aber dafür sehr komfortabel und schick eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbüffet war frisch, gut und ausreichend zusammengestellt. Die Lage ist optimal bei Porto - alles sehr gut erreichbar. Unbedingt SPA Bereich ausprobieren: Pool, Fitness und Massagen - einfach perfekt. Sehr nettes und vorkommendes Personal. Gerne wieder kommen.

It is not the first time we stayed at this hotel. Very personable. We were recognised by hotel staff, felt very welcomed and comfortable. Everybody is friendly, always smiling and eager to help. Got a room upgrade for our VIP status. Room was clean, spacious, with separate bedroom. Very nice. Will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit to Tivat

Very nice boutique-style hotel. Modern, clean and very good service. In my booking an ample breakfast was included. The Porto Montenegro marina is at walking distance. A supermarket was at less than 200 meters, and so are banks and a post-office. If in summer you want to avoid the crowds in the old town of Kotor, I really think La Fleur in Tivat could be a good alternative.

This hotel is not 5* and stop confusing customers. Yes, it’s great location to Porto Montenegro, just steps away. Hotel is surrounded by such an ugly buildings and construction site. We were greeted by some old man, no uniform, no hello, no can I help you carry luggages. Room was small, but clean and very good air conditioned, but elevator and hallways is literally sauna. Breakfast totally not 5* quality. Laying in the plates folded cold pancakes and waffles. We were offered water from a sink, tasted so awful!!! Fruit plate was cut fruit, pineapple peaces rotten.Table was decorated very nicely and breakfast attendant from Bali was the biggest highlight.She was so professional, sweet and friendly. The man who check us out charged us city tax and pretend doesn’t have right amount give us a change, he can leave some tip for him self. If you call your self 5* hotel you need to deliver everything to perfection. If you want to experience truly 5* facility and service go to “ Regent” hotel. They should visit them self and learn from them. I would never consider to come back to this place.

We couldn't even dream for that level of care, attention and service mentality. The hotel has a very central location adjacent to the marina. The hotel and the rooms are very comfortable, decorated with very high quality material and utilizes easy to navigate electronics for light and temperature control. What distinguishes the hotel is the service mentality. From the first moment until the check-out we received very friendly, very accommodating, very informative and very proactive attention. We were given detailed information about the rooms, we were offered welcome drinks and snacks, and we received very good support for our transport requests. It was my birthday, which was celebrated by a morning cake and another evening dessert delivered by cheerful staff. I am confident that those who prefer to stay here won't regret the decision.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel could not have been more helpful or friendly - it was a really lovely experience. We had an upgrade to a lovely suite and really enjoyed staying in Tivat. The hotels location was great for getting to the Marina. We hope to return and would highly recommend the hotel.

This hotel is not 5* and stop confusing customers. Yes, it’s great location to Porto Montenegro, just steps away. Hotel is surrounded by such an ugly buildings and construction site. We were greeted by some old man, no uniform, no hello, no can I help you carry luggages. Room was small, but clean and very good air conditioned, but elevator and hallways is literally sauna. Breakfast totally not 5* quality. Laying in the plates folded cold pancakes and waffles. We were offered water from a sink, tasted so awful!!! Fruit plate was cut fruit, pineapple peaces rotten.Table was decorated very nicely and breakfast attendant from Bali was the biggest highlight.She was so professional, sweet and friendly. The man who check us out charged us city tax and pretend doesn’t have right amount give us a change, he can leave some tip for him self. The level of friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was simply outstanding. As a small boutique hotel they will never be able to compete with larger hotels but teh experiene was transformed by the fact that they consistently went out of their way to be helpful and one staff member especially ( a lovely lady from Bali) was a goldmine of helpful information about local facilities and options for sightseeing/recreation and good restaurants in the area. We will definitely go back!

We couldn't even dream for that level of care, attention and service mentality. The hotel has a very central location adjacent to the marina. The hotel and the rooms are very comfortable, decorated with very high quality material and utilizes easy to navigate electronics for light and temperature control. What distinguishes the hotel is the service mentality. From the first moment until the check-out we received very friendly, very accommodating, very informative and very proactive attention. We were given detailed information about the rooms, we were offered welcome drinks and snacks, and we received very good support for our transport requests. The staff was excellent. They surprised me with a bottle of wine and dessert for my birthday and went out of their way numerous times to make us feel special. The room was very well appointed and had a separate space my wife could do some work when needed. The gym is a bit small but it’s good enough, and there is a full spa, steam, sauna, pool, etc on the property which was excellent. Great restaurant just downstairs for dinner and breakfast. The rooftop bar is a plus to grab a drink at sunset.

It had everything you need, small pool, gym, spa, sauna and steam. Lovely and quaint rooftop bar with great views. Well appointed rooms. Most importantly beside total cleanness is staff. The staff is amazing. All the people for day and night teams whilst we were there this week weee outstanding! Everyone in the team should be proud of themselves. So friendly. Genuine. Kind. As lovely as this new artistically designed hotel is, that is surpassed by the wonderful staff- so friendly and exceedingly helpful. We had a potential luggage issue with our connecting flight and they went above and beyond to assist even contacting personal friends who worked for the airlines. Very nice boutique-style hotel. Modern, clean and very good service. In my booking an ample breakfast was included. The Porto Montenegro marina is at walking distance. A supermarket was at less than 200 meters, and so are banks and a post-office. If in summer you want to avoid the crowds in the old town of Kotor, I really think La Fleur in Tivat could be a good alternative.

When you do not have to state your name you know you're staying in a true boutique hotel. This one checks all the boxes. The room is spacious with all the amenities you could want. If you call your self 5* hotel you need to deliver everything to perfection. If you want to experience truly 5* facility and service go to “ Regent” hotel. They should visit them self and learn from them. I would never consider to come back to this place.

Four night B&B stay. One of the most expensive hotel rooms we had in Montenegro and slightly on the small size, though comfortable and cleaned well. Staff service at the hotel is generally excellent, particularly Anna as the Restaurant Manager, and Tony on main reception. We had a particular issue with a strong unpleasant smell in our room. The hotel was full, so they couldn't move us, but they purchased a diffuser for our room and provided a plug in air freshener to mask the smell, the source of which could not be located. They offered a room move on day 3, but not wanting to re-pack and un-pack again we declined. Instead, on the last evening they provided a complementary meal and drinks at their rooftop bar as compensation. Food was outstanding and the best we had in over three weeks in Montenegro! Breakfasts were also of a high quality with plenty of choice, though some a la carte options took an age to be served from the kitchen. We would stay again despite the issue we had, as it was obvious that the staff cared for their guests and wanted to try and make a difference.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Very nice rooms. Great location in Tivat 5 minutes frombthe boardwalk. Great views from the rooftop bar.

Overall staff trying hard but needs to be better to be a 5 star in several places. Did we have a good time, yes. Areas we suggest for improvement - Charging €4 for literally 2 handfuls of opened crisps in the room. Really for a £230/night room - breakfast service slow (45 mins for porridge each day); no hot chocolate; no decaf drinks; no one to serve at all for 5 mins+; tea pot without a lid each day - only 15 rooms but wait 30 mins for some milk in the room - no hangers at all in the cupboard in either room that we had. On request, given 2 each - roof terrace not available on 1 night re private party on 1 night. Still not reset 24 hours later - no attendant or towels in spa on 2/3 days - asked for a taxi and told that we would need 2 for 4 people. Then relented and said €40. Booked one ourselves for €20 - located on a side road, a very short walk from the sea and the centre, although there’s unfinished construction next door Hope this helps
