Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist sehr sauber. Preis/Leistung ok. Parkplatz sehr teuer! Das check in dauert aber viel zu lange! Ich musste 20 Minuten warten bis ich endlich die Rechnung erhalten habe. Beim check out wieder 15 Minuten weil der Parkplatz nicht abgerechnet werden konnte! Immer wieder neues Personal mit wenig bis gar keiner Erfahrung!

Struttura molto carina e vicina ai punti di interesse della città. L'albergo ha anche una Sauna molto carina.

The staff were very nice and helpful - and we really needed it! The hotel is outdated and worn down. The first night we couldn’t sleep due too the room facing the busiest street in Budapest center with cars, ambulances, buses etc. driving all night long, and the windows in our room couldn’t really shut tightly (sounded like they were wide open). We asked to switch rooms that night, but this wasn’t possible and no upgrade was offered to help the situation. The next day we were offered another room facing the courtyard. This room was not noisy at all, but the air-condition did not work. Yet again we needed assistance from the staff. First time we asked they said maintenance would fix it sometime during the day. This didn’t happen before we asked a second time coming back to the hotel in the evening. What a shame our experience was let down by these maintenance issues. The hotel bar was closed during our entire stay which seems odd because we were traveling to Budapest in may. All in all, nice staff but a run down hotel which has seen better days. Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel and max rating of 6 out of 10. What a shame.

The stay was fine. My only real complaint was the parking facilities. They are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate and park with a larger vehicle

Motions rummet var under al kritik. Der var rodet med maskiner der lå usamlet på gulvet, få maskiner, få vægte og den eneste crosstrainer der var, virkede ikke. De mandlige personaler i receptionen virkede generelt sure og ligeglade når man henvendte sig.

Great allergy friendly and clean hotel with extremely friendly staff and a nice sauna. I keep coming back there every time I’m in Budapest.

Close to the city center. Underground parking

Location was excellent - quite convenient to walk from the hotel to literally anywhere within the inner city, with excellent transport links bus/tram/metro at a short walk away. Room was ok, some of the facilities need updoing - bath-tub useless as no stopper to fill the tub, lights in the bathroom really dim, and only one TV channel was working - not like I was there to watch TV but others may like to. Breakfast felt kind of bare minimum - quality of fruits was really bad, for example, brown banana - who eats rotten bananas? Cheese cake looked stale - like sliced a few days ago and they will continue to serve until all slices are eaten. Gym had no mirror, no floor mat for weight or stretching exercises. Imagine if someone drops a weight - it could easily damage the floor. Apart from the above, air conditioning worked and I had good sleep. Staff was nice, always willing to help.

Hotellet ligger dejligt centralt til alt . Hotellet var lidt slidt men rent Må indrømme at de billeder der er lagt op af morgenmaden OVERHOVEDET ikke stemmer overens m det det udvalg der var. Der var langtfra det der er på billederne og der er heller ingen bar som skrevet, det blev brugt som lager Men flink og hjælpsomme personaler.

Beautiful hotel, nice room, sauna is a plus

The city is fantastic and the people in the city are fantastic, but when you stay at this hotel, you can look forward to the rooms not being cleaned properly, not even the mugs are cleaned and the tea and coffe replaced. I cut my leg and appolgised to the reception and asked for the bed sheet as thre was blood on it. Throughout the stay they refused. I will not return there and would advice people if you don't mind the dirty room then go else where who do care.

Nice, conveniently located hotel with very friendly staff and clean rooms. I especially loved, that the rooms had no carpet, so the floor was actually very clean. Also it’s allergy-friendly due to cleanliness and a no smoking, no pet policy.

Je suis venu a 4 reprises dans cet hotel ces 10 dernières annees. Et là, j ai ressenti une différence ! Proprete de la chambre laisse a desirer! ( cheveux dans le lit/television HS/ dosette cafe et sucre périmés / pas de gel douche) Et sur une journee notre chambre n a pas ete faite! Nous avons du faire une reclamation a la reception. Seul point positif, le petit dejeuner qui est toujours aussi exceptionnel. Meme si une seule machine a cafe pour tout l hotel reste un peu "juste".. je ne pense plus revenir dans cet hotel lors de mon prochain sejour.

Rooms are okayish to be honest not the cleanest but the noise levels in the hotel is crazy like inside the rocking bar impossible to fall asleep

The room felt gloomy, lacking adequate lighting to properly illuminate the space which made it difficult to see. The bathroom appeared to be only partially clean, with a noticeable layer of dust accumulating on the makeup mirror, suggesting a less-than-thorough cleaning job.

Staff were very welcoming. The hotel is in a great location. The room was spacious, clean, and cosy. Loved our stay. Absolutely recommend.

The room was quiet and a convenient location. The TV programming was a pain! About 8 channels ESPECIALLY a sports channel were not available because of some server issue during my ENTIRE stay. The technician could not fix the problem. I found out later that the entire hotel was effected

The hotel is in a convenient location, which made getting around easy. However, the rooms and overall condition of the hotel were not ideal. The bathrooms, in particular, are quite dated and in need of renovation. With some updates, this could be a much better stay.

Great hotel close to everything. Very clean. Helpful staff. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the internet connection in my room was almost non existent. I have to go to the lobby or outside the hotel in order to have Internet.

Hotel confortevole, in centro e soprattutto situato tra 2 fermate della metro, cimodo anche dall'aereoporto. Ci sono anche 2 supermarket ben forniti vicini. Letto comodo, camera ben insonorizzata.

was decent, came to an AC that was blasting 32C so it was very hot. Got a HCP(we did not need that) room and the bathroom was really big with nothing inside it exept a phone on the wall.

Check-in took ages, the room had no mirrors anywhere convenient and bright, there were no spoons for hot drinks nor was there many options. Room overlooked one of the busiest roads in the city, but the windows hardly blocked any noise, it was awful - emailed reception asking if it was possible to move rooms and they never replied. Also got charged on checkout for having water etc from the room’s fridge, when they never said anywhere that they aren’t free, nor where there any prices in the fridge. Fine stay if you’re on a tight budget but there’s no way this is a 4 star hotel!

Had a nice stay overall. The only thing that went wrong was that at the check-in they forgot to give back my ID. This caused a lot of issues at the airport when boarding for my flight.

Had specifically sent in roomlist for my group and asked that the rooms/keys be ready so group can go straight to sleep..we arrived at around 12.30am and check in took way too long! Other than that ,everything is lovely.

Very rude receptionist who clearly didn’t like her job, I made a complaint to the manger and she responded well so I have given them 2 stars so hopefully the receptionist will be given re-training.

Front desk staff was amazing and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with our room so we had to move. We were provided with an exact alternative and given a fruit plate as a gesture of apology. The whole situation was very well handled. They also gave me a card as we were there on my birthday. Very good service

Rummen helt ok, ej fungerande ac. Väldigt dålig service. Tog 1 timma att checka in oss. Renovering eller ngt på gång i restaurangen.

Many problems with the key cards to the room. Got locked out from my room and had to request new key cards. Othet guest got the same room assigned and keycards that allowed them access to my room. Otherwise good service.

The reception took our passports upon arrival and without asking for permission, scanned the barcodes of our passports in a machine identical to "the passport reading/scanning" that only police or immigration officers use in international airports or police stations. We told the reception that it is highly innapropriate and illegal for a hotel to extract that way information from the passport and save it in their basic computer system (and without permission). The reception advised us that they will refuse to give us our room keys although we had prepaid in advance with expedia (and came by plane from another country. The reception told us that we have paid expedia, and we had not paid the hotel. We were shocked. I insited to talk to the manager, but the manager refused to come out of the office to explain why we were threatened to not get our room keys. After insisting , we got the keys. They made us sign a form that got automatically filled in with our personal information during barcode passport scanning. According to reception, if we refused to sign it, then we were not going to get the room keys. İt was extremely shocking and rediculous. Upon check out, the reception had a strange procedure " the hotel verifies online if the client is safe to check out and allowed to leave the hotel." İt sounded as we were not in EU, but we were in the eastern block before 90's. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the breakfast was very good and it has a great location.

Very nice property located in walking distance to most attractions. If you choose not to walk, taxis are readily available, tram and bus stops are next to the hotel. Close to two of the Xmas mkts and a very short walk to the bridges and the Danube.

4星ホテルの割に宿泊代金がリーズナブルです。メトロアストリア駅から徒歩3分、空港シャトルバス停から5分の所にありとても便利です。ドナウ川河畔まで10分以内で行けます。お勧めのホテルです。

The Exe Budapest Center hotel is a reasonably low-cost hotel that is outstanding. The lobby is very modern and beautiful, and the rooms are very nice. The hotel is surround by restaurants and is a very short walk to the Chain Bridge, Central Market, Heros Square, the metro, and the central square (vorosmarty ter). It is a bit of a walk to the Parliament but we did the 1 hr. night cruise for $22 ea. and you can get a wonderful nighttime view of everything.

Nice hotel.on a busy street but very quiet. Centrally located near shops and restaurants. Perfect location for all the sights of Budapest.

The hotel location is close to the city center but is in front of a high traffic avenue where parking is not allowed. The room had a good size and comfortable bed but we reported the bathroom had burned bulbs and they were not replaced even though we stayed 5 days. Also the TV service has just a few channels and some of them were all blurred. I read the same comments on lighting and TV from previous guests but assumed they were fixed already. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. Breakfast buffet is the same every day but was okay. Front desk staff and cleaning room crew were very nice.

Fue una buena experiencia, en general tuve muy buena estadia, todo el personal de servicio es muy amable y atento. El unico punto que podrian mejorar es dar mas variedad al menu del desayuno, fueron varios dias de estancia y el menu fue exactamente el mismo.
