El apartamento eata viejo y no le hacen mantenimiento. La griferia en muy mal.estado, abriamos la ducha fria pero salia.agua caliente, lo mismo en el lavamanos. Los grifos tan duros quw mi esposa no los podia cerrar. Perdidas de agua. En la sala no hay aira acondicuonado, mucho calor. En el cuarto un aire de unos 30 años o mas de antiguedad, el ruido no deja dormir

The flat is very well located, there’s a swimming pool in the building. Unfortunately the kitchen utensils were not clean. Dirty coffee machine and all the pans. Electric oven, sandwich machine didn’t work. At least the microwave was working but we had to clean it before we used it. The flat was not well cleaned too. It’s a pity. Every time we are in Alphaville we stay in an Anora flat. It’s necessary to improve the quality of maintenance!

My Checkin was a disaster. I had to call Anora several times, while Left standing in the street with suitcases in the elements for half an hour, then "Beatriz" rudely demanded I send a photo document via whatsapp. Security eventually invited inside the lobby to continue their checkin process. If you choose to stay here please make sure all the details between the property manager, security and anora... are ironed out before you arrive.
