Otel yemek ve içecekler normal. İşletme yetkilisi her an işin başında ve sürekli bir ihtiyacınız var mı diye sorguluyor. Çalışanlar saygılı ve ilgili. Havuz her gün temizleniyor. Otele gittiğinizde nerede denize girerim nerelere giderim diye aklınız kalmasın. Tüm çalışanlar ve işletme yetkilisi sizi her konuda aydınlatıyor. 5 yıldızlı otele gitmem artık. Que dire concernant les deux nuits passées dans cet hôtel? Tout a été terrifiant du début à la fin. Nous sommes arrivés et avons été accueillis par deux hommes très gentils. Ils nous informent que nous avons été surclassé. À l’annonce de cette nouvelle nous sommes contents et imaginons que le séjour se passera pour le mieux. Mais c’était sans compter sur l’état global de l’hôtel et notamment de notre chambre. Déjà le lecteur de carte de notre porte de chambre était cassé. Puis une fois installés nous nous sommes demandés si le ménage au sein de la chambre avait été fait? La prise dans la salle de bain ne tient plus, la douche ferme mal car une paroi est cassée, ainsi que le verre décalé (voir les photos). Même les parasols au bord de la piscine sont autant, voir même plus vieux que l’hôtel. Les chaises du petit déjeuner sont sales, le sol des parties communes ne doit pas être régulièrement lavé, les transats sont noirs de crasse, etc. Nous avons demandé s’il était possible de faire une machine. Le monsieur a la réception nous a informé que c’était 250LT par kilo. Quand je lui ai fait remarquer combien le prix était excessif, il a en + osé comparer cela à des hôtels de luxe qui font payer le prix à la pièce eux. Mais avant d’oser affirmer cela à des clients, il y a un milliard d’autres critères sur lesquels il est possible de prendre exemple sur les hôtels de luxe (comme la propreté par exemple…!). Le point positif de notre séjour? Le personnel très gentil et disponible.

Havuzuyla, denize 5 dk yürüme mesafesiyle, manzarasıyla ve kahvaltısıyla her şey çok iyiydi. Personeller de kibar ve ilgiliydi. Memnun kaldık.

This is a family run hotel. The owner and his partner are very personable even sharing his mobile to contact if we have issues. We were in room 201 which had a fantastic sea view. The room was well appointed with good air conditioning and fridge. There was tea making facilities but no kettle. Shower was excellent as was the cleaners. The room is a little tired but generally it was pleasant. The breakfast was a Turkish breakfast which was plentiful and fresh. The pool is really the hotels best feature along with the great staff, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The major downside is the location next to major nightclubs which blast out very loud music until 4am. If you are in Gumbet to party this is a great location, not so much if that isn’t your thing. It’s very loud and it’s all night There is a great restaurant 100 yards to the left if you don’t fancy the climb back into town.

This hotel is at the heart of Gümbet. Everything is in walking distance like minibus stops, shops, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Just 5 min walk to the main beach. 10 min to Bodrum city center by minibus. My room was comfortable. My balcony and sea view from my room and balcony was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable hotel. This is a very cozy hotel that is run by a young couple. They are very friendly and helpful. Staffs at reception were so friendly and were always available and very kind and helpful. They gave me helpful information and tips that made my trip comfortable and pleasant.

Genel olarak memnun kaldım. Personel genç ve taleplere olabildiğince hızlı yardımcı oluyorlar. Housekeeping daha iyi olabilir temizlik vasattı ve odadaki ürünlerim yenilenmemişti.

Personel yardim sever, güleryüzlü. Odalar temiz, yatak rahat. Kahvalti güzeldi. Güzel bir Oteldi. Bodruma gitmek isteyenlere bu oteli tavsiye ederim.

The hotel has a breathtaking view from balcony. And the area for breakfast is nice with the same nice view. The breakfast is quite enough to feel full, at least for us. We stayed for 3 nights just 1 day the tea was really cold but other days it was good. As we traveled late in Octorber it was not too noisy around,and also many places were closed temporarily. But in summer the place is very noisy because of the bars around. İ would not say that it was too clean inside, cz floor was dusty. Towels and bed sheets were too old. There was hand soap in the shower instead of shampoo. There were some other insufficient things as well, but when we asked the staff, they helped us. The Staff was really friendly. İf to consider staying just for 2-3 nights it is not very bad place, especially if your budget is limited.

I won’t recommend it. There is an open air night club right by the hotel, even with windows closed you hear it inside and this loud music doesn’t stop till 5am. I couldn’t sleep all days I was there. The room need some refreshing. But the staff was great and delicious breakfast

Kahvaltı guzeldi oda küçüktü balkonsuz olması iyi olmadı bayram sezonu nedeni ile balkonlu odaların dolu olduğunu söylediler çalışanlar ilgiliydi

The hotel is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and neat. And only one thing is disappointing - the night club in the neighborhood will not allow you to sleep until 5AM. Bring your earplugs.

Yatağın yayları battığından uyuyamadık, klima eski sesten başka işe yaramıyor. Kahvaltıda rahatsız olduğumuz kediyi çekmelerini söyledik garsonlar güldü kahvaltı yapamadık tek kelimeyle rezalet bu kadar olur.

Otele giriş ve odaya yerleşme aşamaları çok hızlı ilerledi. Odamız temiz ve hem havuz hem deniz manzaralı süper. Aşırı temiz değil ama bir gece için yeterli. Yatak yayları bozulmuş gb hiç rahat değil ve üstelik ses çıkarıyor. Sadece iki yastık vardı konforsuz ve bana göre az. Genel olarak tam fiyat performans oteli. Biz beğendik

Amazing ! We had a wonderful time at this hotel in Gumbet. The staff were incredibly understanding we stayed for three days before paying because we didn’t have cash, and they were totally fine with it. The location is perfect, with everything you need (beach, taxi, retaurants, clubs..) It's also safe, which was important for us as two girls. The music from the clubs might be an issue for light sleepers, but it didn’t bother me at all. I highly recommend this place!

Otele girişimizden çıkışına kadar resepsiyonda hizmet veren ve havuzdaki kafede hizmet veren kişiye kadar hepsi çok misafirperver ve güler yüzlü çalışanlardı. Odanın temizliği , odanın konforu balkonun olması ve manzaralı olması her şey mükemmeldi fakat tek bir problem vardı. Yakınlarındaki gece kulüplerinden ötürü (pasha) gece uyumakta zorluk çekebilirsiniz fakat bu da merkeze yakın olmasının vermiş olduğu bir durum. Gümbet’teki çoğu otelde zaten bu durumla da karşılaşacağıızı düşünüyorum. Bunu bilerek rezervasyon yaptırmanızı tavsiye ederim. Geri kalan oteldeki bütün hizmetlerden memnun kalacağınızı düşünüyorum ve öneriyorum eşimle beraber tekrardan konaklamayı düşünüyoruz.

Service in the hotel was quite slow. We asked for a couple of cold beers and we were told they didn’t have them and we would have to wait 15min for them to come. It was so noisy with music from other hotels, this went on until 3.30am and we were told this happens every night. We had booked to stay for two nights but left after the first night with only getting a could of hours sleep.

We made a reservation at Hotel Gumbet in Bodrum, Turkey, but unfortunately, our experience was terrible. The room we booked was non-smoking, but when we arrived, the only room available reeked of smoke. The staff couldn't offer us another room and started being hostile towards us. We were forced to book another hotel since we didn't receive any assistance. Moreover, even after all the discomfort, they didn't allow us to cancel our reservation and didn't refund the prepaid amount. This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. We expected better service, especially from a hotel that advertised non-smoking rooms. We recommend that other guests double-check the hotel's policies and room conditions before making a reservation. Furthermore, we hope that Hotel Gumbet improves its management and customer service to prevent bad experiences like ours.

En general, nuestra estancia fue buena, con una ubicación cómoda y un desayuno correcto, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que está incluido. Sin embargo, al tratarse de nuestra luna de miel (así lo indicamos en la reserva), echamos en falta algún pequeño detalle de bienvenida que marcara la diferencia. La habitación nos pareció algo justa de espacio y el primer día encontramos un charco junto a la cisterna con mal olor, que no daba buena impresión al llegar. La piscina, aunque agradable, necesita un mejor tratamiento del agua, ya que se notaba turbia y no del todo limpia. El personal fue amable, aunque en ocasiones algo lento y despistado. Agradecemos el trato, pero creemos que con un poco más de atención a los detalles, la experiencia podría haber sido mucho más especial.

Really lovely stay and enjoyed our stay here. Very close to the main bar street if you want to experience the night life and beach. Although it can get very loud at night, every night.. The staff is friendly and very helpful as well. Includes breakfast and has a pool ! Great value . Thank you

Once you enter to the hotel you feel impress by the views where you can see the pool and the beach. This is amazing 😍 The worst part come during the night. There is a nosy club close to the hotel and the loud music does not aloud to sleep until 4 am when they close Horrible night despite the amazing place If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is not your place

Bu fiyata bu kadar temiz bir otelde hiç kalmamıştım. Gerçekten beklentimin üzerindeydi. Ancak gümbetin hareketli geceleri sebebiyle gece 4'e kadar müzik dinlemek zorundasınız. Ancak çevre otellerde de durum farklı değil. Gümbet merkezde konaklayacaksanız gürültüde uyumayı başarabilmelisiniz.

Das Hotel ist super und die Inhaber auch. Die Zimmer sind schön und das Hotel ist einigermassen gut gelegen. Leider sind viele Clubs um das Hotel angesiedelt. Heisst Musik bis in die Morgenstunden.

Fiyat performansına göre iyiydi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve nazikti. Sadece Barlar sokagına yakın olması sebebiyle müzik sesi kafa ütülüyodu .

Good location. The corridors offer views of the sea. Breakfast is fine. But there is a lot of noise near the hotel. I believe it is an all-night party. Unable to sleep well.

Deniz manzaralı odaları gayet iyi temiz ve tercih edilebilir kahvaltısı yeterli olur ilave patates kızartması falan da ayrıca ücret talep edilmiyor seyahatimizden memnun kalarak ayrıldık

Really, I made a good choice of a hotel. The Expedia points also had an influence that provided a discount. Normally, Gumbet in the summer is a youngsters paradise! This time of the year not so "musically" load, just a slice of music in the distance! The breakfast was exceptional! Thank you all the staff.

It was a mid range hotel. Positives are; The view was mind-blowing. The breakfast was very nice The staff were great. It was very reasonably priced Lots of shops conveniece items Holiday gift shops near by Beach was right in front of the hotel. The beach was beautiful Our balcony views were breathtaking. Negatives; It's very hilly area, to get to the beach isn't very easy for someone with walking issues. Very difficult for wheelchair users. The noise of the music from nearby clubs was very loud. Overall it was a good experience.
