Curb appear, you can’t miss it. Could use some more landscaping around the building. It was very convenient to go out the back steps to the truck but the ash tray for cigarettes wasn’t appealing at all and wasn’t cleaned during are stay.

Staff was very nice but did not understand them running the desk and putting out breakfast. Pool was very cold I let them know and they were going to check on it.

Clean, updated hotel. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Accommodated all of our requests including turning up the pool heat! Only dislike was no on site cleaning crew which means you have to request clean towels and trash removal. Would definitely stay here again.

The most accommodating and friendly staff we have ever ran into. We do a lot of traveling with our race team and the staff was absolutely amazing can not say enough. Facility is very clean. Nice hot breakfast.

We came to town to view the solar eclipse on 4/8/24. After a long day of driving, it was such a pleasure to be greeted by such a beautiful hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was superb.

We stayed the night before the total eclipse. The hotel was full but all staff were still attentive and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was busy, but all selections were kept stocked and were good. If ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here!

We truly enjoyed our 3-night stay here! Everyone was helpful, from the moment we checked in until we checked out. One of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed in! We definitely will be using Holiday Inn Express again!

It's refreshing to walk into a hotel that's very clean and staffed by helpful and friendly people. Every question we had was answered. They went out of their way to help us. The lobby and room were both clean, bright, and spacious. We highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express.

We loved our stay. We had the suites and they were fantastic. Very roomy and comfortable! Great breakfast also, lots of options! The only thing that I could fault would be the shower curtain needed to be replaced, which I told the front desk when I checked out.

The younger desk girl on Saturday evening was amazing. The older one was very, very unfriendly and had no desire to help with anything... she acted so bothered to even take our keys at checkout. Our room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our shower would never heat up and was always cold, the bath tub leaked and I thought the blow dryer needs replaced. It has a bad burning smell. Overall it was okay for the price.

Usually don’t pay the extra money and thought it was because there is no competition in the area but it really was worth it to have the best bed I’ve ever slept in and truly enjoyed the quality hair and skin products provided. Architecturally this is a building not built for sound proofing and the stomping above my room was so loud and annoying. And for some reason someone was talking loud on a cell phone outside my door at 5:30am.. that would be the downsides.

After walking into our room and finding another couple had already checked in, we went back down to the counter and the gal working (I didn't get her name and I'm so upset about it) QUICKLY jumped into action to figure out what happened. We were in a different room within 5 minutes. She then called us about 15-20 minutes later to make sure our room was satisfactory, which it was.

We loved our stay. We had the suites and they were fantastic. Very roomy and comfortable! Great breakfast also, lots of options! The only thing that I could fault would be the shower curtain needed to be replaced, which I told the front desk when I checked out.

The most accommodating and friendly staff we have ever ran into. We do a lot of traveling with our race team and the staff was absolutely amazing can not say enough. Facility is very clean. Nice hot breakfast.

We came to town to view the solar eclipse on 4/8/24. After a long day of driving, it was such a pleasure to be greeted by such a beautiful hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was superb.

We stayed the night before the total eclipse. The hotel was full but all staff were still attentive and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was busy, but all selections were kept stocked and were good. If ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here!

The staff were amazing. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Only suggestion is the temperature in the pool room was a little too cool. No complaints at all though.

My stay at the Holiday Inn express was excellent. Very nice staff. Room was beautiful. Very comfortable clean. The bed was fantastic. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices.

Located close to some restaurants and shopping and close to Franklin and Oil City attractions and dining . Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean with comfortable beds . The breakfast offering was better than you might expect. The room has a small microwave and refrigerator . An affordable comfortable stay.

Extremely well-maintained property and the hotel staff is always very friendly. We come back every year and love it here! The hot breakfast is excellent and the upgrades that have been done to the rooms, bathrooms, bedding, towels, etc. are far beyond what we typically see in comparable hotels.

Staff was great, room was clean, AC unit works perfect. I only have small complaints. After this trip I realized I dont want a room that is across the hall from the indoor pool or close to the elevators/main lobby. It is very noisy and the door has a decent sized gap under it allowing for voices and noise to be heard easily. The gap around the black out curtains does not keep outage lights in the parking lot at night so your room won't be completely dark. The toilet is very low to the ground for tall people (just my two cents). My one recommendation is to have a plain egg omelet available for breakfast. Our choices were omelet with veggies or cheese. My daughter doesn't eat those veggies and she is lactose intolerant.

This was price gouging at its best! Room was way way overpriced for the area. This was my 5th time staying there and by far the most expensive. Also will be my LAST time as the lady at the counter agreed with me and even laughed about the cost.

The rooms were nice and clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast was nice, they had a verity to choose from. There are stores you can shop from. Restaurants to eat at. Close to Franklin and Oil City area.
