The room was cleaned but smelled I was only there for one day so I needed to sleep there and shower. Other than that, it was good for what we were going to the Shrine Our Lady of Lourdes

Room was spacious and clean. There was a slight odor coming from the shower drain but not terrible. Otherwise very well maintained. The room did not have a mini fridge unfortunately. Location was very good and close to the pilgrimage sites, as well as the Pic du Jer and the Chataeu fort (highly recommend doing both of these)! Rooms were quiet but could hear noise from streets in morning. Staff was not very helpful (outside of the older gentleman at the bar in the evening - he was wonderful). Seemed like I was inconveniencing the staff everytime I asked for something and they didn’t greet us or smile really. I was there for a pilgrimage so it would have been nice to have kind service, but overall I was satisfied with the facilities. Didn’t eat breakfast or go to the restaurant so cannot speak to the quality there. Only 20 minute walk from train station so easy to go onwards.

Goed hotel, mooie, kleine kamer. Goede douche. Koffie/thee op kamer. Ook zeepjes, scheermesje, kam etc. Goed bed. Geen parking van hotel. Gewoon ontbijt.

très bon accueil , et petit déjeuner agréable , mais dans la chambre du mobilier usé ,( banquette , bas de lit )et tasse pour thé mal nettoyée ....le 4 étoiles n' est pas adapté
