The Star attraction in Regalia is the Sky Infinity Pool with a magnificent unobstructed view of the PETRONAS Twin Towers, KL Tower and the City Center Skyline. The pool is like no other in the city. Furthermore Regalia is one of the most centrally located apartment in the city. I look forward to your stay. The space Within the suite are the following items: - 1 queen bed - One couch/sofa bed - Unlimited TIME 100MBPS WIFI access - Washer - Air conditioner - Electronic kitchen - Kitchenette - Microwave - Dining Table - Private Bathroom - Refrigerator - LED Television screen with Movies from a Pendrive - Shower - Bidet - Kettle - Pots and Pan Guest are allowed to do light cooking Guest access Below are facilities in which you can access - 2 Convenience stores - Laundry service - 2 Swimming pools - Sky pool - Gym - Squash court - Sky-bar - Sky Restaurant - Coffee Kiosk - Teh Tarik Cafe - 24 hour security and CCTV Other things to note Check out is at 12 noon. I or my partner will check you out if available. Though most of the times you will check out yourselves. Please note a cleaner will be come after 12 to clean the apartment. Please take note if the access card is lost or if your bring it home with you the replacement cost will be RM100. This will be deducted from your deposit. Please note also if your bring home the Carpark Access card the replacement cost is RM200. This will be deducted from your deposit Please message me if you need parking inside the building. There will be a charge of RM15 per night. Parking is limited here, hence you have to inform me as soon as you book. There may be times I cannot provide parking, as it is sold out.,Policy: Children Guests of all ages will be considered as adults. Deposit Guests need to pay a deposit at check-in. Age Guests of all ages are welcome to stay. Breakfast Breakfast is not available. Pets No pets allowed. Smoking No smoking room. Alcohol Alcohol drinks allowed.
