Der Empfang in der Lobby war sehr angenehm. Zimmer und Bad waren grosszügig geschnitten, und auf unsere Wünsche bezüglich der Zimmerlage wurde sogar spät abends noch eingegangen – das war sehr positiv. Leider war das Frühstück am Sonntag bei voller Auslastung (ca. 500 Gäste) deutlich weniger überzeugend. Es kam zu einer Wartezeit von rund 15 Minuten vor dem Frühstücksraum. Die Ausweichräume, die über Wege an den Warteschlangen vorbei führten waren weit entfernt von einem gemütlichen Frühstückserlebnis. Trotz vieler Reisen habe ich bisher noch nie zum Frühstück anstehen müssen. Evtl. kurzfristig entscheiden ob mit oder ohne Frühstück, je nach Belegung im Hotel das ist unser Take Away für nächstes mal. Das Restaurant im Dach Bereich ist für das Abendessen hingegen sehr zu empfehlen. Die Barkarte bietet allerdings lediglich eine kleine Auswahl an Snacks. Daher Tisch zu reservieren lohnt sich. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum!

GUESTS ARE THIRSTY IN THIS HOTEL I stayed a week in this hotel. However, the hotel offer only one bottle of water on the first day I checked in. Despite the housekeeping, the staff never offer the water unless we don’t request separately when they come to the room. No fountain is available, YOU MUST PAY FOR THE WATER. I was informed that I can fill the bottle in the fitness room, nevertheless, since the fitness staff isn’t the hotel staff, while filling the water, the fitness staff told me that I am NOT ALLOWED to do it and it can be considered as STEALING. Even though I claimed it to the hotel, they took no action or appropriate response. Except for the water scandal, I recommend
