We loved our stay here! I made the reservation myself and messaged the hotel for help with questions transfers etc. I received a prompt response from Pathum and he was the best! Pathum arranged everything I needed and was messaging me upon our arrival and eager to meet us. Once settled in to our villa Pathum was very attentive and no requests were quickly handled.

The room service was far below the standard I expect from Hilton. I repeatedly had to ask them to replace dirty coffee cups and provide coffee capsules every single time. I also had to request towel changes. The TV was another disappointment. Besides the limited channels, the screen quality was terrible. I asked for assistance to connect my phone: on the first night, room service said they would check and never came back; on the second night, they simply said there was no connection or extension available. Additionally, when I requested a power adapter from two pins to three pins, they sent one and informed me it would be added to my bill and removed only after I returned it, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient. Overall, I was extremely disappointed. I booked an ocean pool villa, yet the pool was never cleaned during my stay, and the floating mattress in the pool was dirty. This experience did not meet Hilton standards at all, and I would not choose Hilton again
