The hotel was right up the street from Fremont st. which is the old strip. Lots of fun and shopping near you...great parking, nice bar, friendly staff, and the putt putt golf was a really cool idea for younger children.

Very kid and family friendly staff and property! Mini golf is fun for everyone right in the property! Leslie and the staff were amazing! Pool was perfect temperature and easy walking to lots of attraction’s, food, shopping on Fremont! The beds were comfy! Thank you hope to be back soon

Staff is Wonderful. Had an incredible stay! Gym is sufficient to Kick Yo Azz. 24hr Bar on property! Lots of Incredible Food and Brew, literally steps away. Nice place, will return. ~W~

The room was clean and crisp.the a.c. was amazing at low, we were chilled!!! The shower was roomy abd the little dressing room was great to be able to be slightly private while getting ready that left the bathroom able to be used. The bar is 24hrs and the staff are very fun and hospitable. The fire pit is really great. Of course it was to warm for us to enjoy it, but it is state of the art and a very cool space. They have a golf course in the courtyard, it is a bit aged, as well as the carpets leading to the rooms, but besides that...it is a great place to stay!!!!

Was recently remodeled, nice rooms, fun mini golf area & bar. (We had to experince 3 roaches roaming our room & earwigs in the shower- I get remodels & temp changes cause bugs, but GROSS!) No fridge or microwave (would have been a plus!) Parking was across street & 1 night we had no where to park, due to it also being a paid lot for non hotel guests. The pool was also across street & small, didnt use. Would stay again if roaches weren't an issue. Close to freemont street (5 min walk).

Smelled like sewer/gas leak! Was loud and no microwave or fridge. Had to park in a sketchy parking lot 2 blocks over. Swimming pool is across the street, not on actual property. Was cleanish… bed was clean and good. Only 1 entrance to enter and exit no other access was very inconvenient.

Always stay here when i come to town for work. I drive a sprinter van so any where else is a parking issue. This place has a pool and a bar and is only 5 minutes walking from fremont experience.

The room was very dirty. Our feet were black after walking around. There was food from someone’s hand touching the door frame. Mold in the shower. Very minimal furniture in the room and just generally felt unclean. It was very noisy and you could hear neighbors talking through the walls very easily. The front desk staff was not friendly at check in and barely said anything other than just asking for our IDs and telling us where our room was and didn’t even respond when we thanked him.

The location is perfect for visiting Las Vegas Downtown. Only 5 minutes walk to Fremont Street and felt safe walking during the night. The room was OK, pretty big but the walls are paper thin. There isn't any sound isolation and you can hear everything from the upper room and outside corridor during the night. The air condition was also very loud, we couldn't have it running while sleeping.

The rooms were clean and had a lot of fun details like a walk-in closet with astroturf on the walls and there was a mini-golf course in the courtyard that proved to be fun and challenging. The staff was delightful and heart-warming in their approach to addressing our needs. My husband has disabilities that required special access, and they were quick to accommodate those needs. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and I will consider staying here again on our next visit. My only deduction was for the condition of the room. The floor was damaged and there were other wear marks from previous guests. Also, the sound proofing between floors could be beefed up. One night there were some very active guests in the room above ours and we could hear lots of banging and scraping on the floors that kept us up at night.

The worst (hard) pillows I've ever slept on. I ended up using a folded towel to sleep on. Very sm room and crazy noisy AC. A sm but very clean pool (across the steet) Staff and cleanliness excellent. That said if on a budget I'd do it again, go figure. But those pillows!!

Older motel but clean. Very simple. Beds were comfy. Parking was fine. Downside is that the walls are thin and it was very noisy late into the night. We checked in at 3:00 am and there was still lots of noise. It was a weekend so during the week it might be quieter.

I've stayed here before so I know what I'm getting into. It's a cheap place with a great location and they either don't charge a resort fee which they really shouldn't or they charge a very small one. They have a pool. They have some activities around there but still the best deal downtown. It's not perfect but it's clean. It's comfortable and reasonably quiet. You do hear some noise from the courtyard sometimes but nothing unexpected

We arrived to the hotel at 8pm and were told our room wouldn't be ready for another hour because they were short staffed. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm so we were quite upset the room still wasn't ready 5 hours later. We only had a few hours to spent in Vegas. Initially the front desk didn't offer any sort of discount or apology for the inconvenience but after asking for a discount they were able to take off the resort fee. It was better than nothing but still quite frustrating. The front desk staff did handle things well and the room was very clean which we appreciated. I understand a lot of places are short staffed but it seemed a bit unacceptable.

Asia was working when I arrived and she was very friendly, courteous and kind. She was patient and helpful. In fact, every staff member I encountered while I was staying at this facility was amazing! They went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable and to accommodate my needs and be helpful. The place was very cute and clean and the decor was very on theme. The amenities were enjoyable and it was nice and quiet.

Paul was very rude at check in. We were place in a different room type than we had paid for. It was extremely cold in the room with no thermostat. Paul' sneakily responded "open a window". The next morning the issue was resolved by Dee who moved us to a room with a thermostat. Paul is the front desk manager. We will NEVER book a stay at this place EVER again.

The Downtowner was great. The staff at the check in was incredibly nice and made me laugh after a long day of travel. The check in using the kiosk was a bit cumbersome when your tired from travel. They had a good offering of snacks but there are not any restaurants close by that I found. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, I slept well. I would stay again if it was a quick stay and I was not looking to go to the casino or out for dinner. But good hotel at a great price.

I booked this room because of proximity to the events I was attending. The staff was nice, the check in process was automated, and kind of annoying. I booked a queen room and was given a double bed room. Not a deal breaker. However, The room itself was not completely clean, i noticed crumbs and poorly wiped surfaces. The room also had an odor, like someone had previously smoked inside and the stench didn't go away. I was there for one night, in and out. I would not come back to this hotel.

I didn’t even stay, the lobby smelled like chemicals and dirty mop water, check-in was difficult and they offered no help, I was told it was mostly a bar and if I needed help with check in I had to come back at 5pm and he could help, although there were no patrons at the bar. Very sketchy place. It made me so uncomfortable that I did not check in, I rebooked to a better place. They are not wanting to give me a refund. They said I need to go through the 3rd party to get it, and hotels.com representatives tried and were denied the refund. Complete waste of money. I hope they do the right thing and get me my refund, as I will keep trying.

The staff was outstanding, helpful, personable and professional. Facility very clean, fluffy thick towels for shower, loved the bar and coffee early etc. Asia, Leslie and Paul are the best. Location very convenient. Tv worked great. Price very reasonable. Would stay there again every visit. A special thanks to Asia as she helped get my uber scheduled plus her personality made our visit. We were there for a wedding but the motel was the best part of our stay. Will recommend to friends

The staff was outstanding, helpful, personable and professional. Facility very clean, fluffy thick towels for shower, loved the bar and coffee early etc. Asia, Leslie and Paul are the best. The hotel is secured, but the surrounding area outside isn’t the best. Just be smart and protect yourself. We felt safe because we had pepper spray. Some homeless were around, but that’s Fremont street for you lol. The hotel itself is safe and secured though :) will stay again

This is perfect for being close to Fremont street without the noise. Perfect walking distance to all the great restaurants and activities. Rooms are clean and updated. The staff is top notch! Sit at their bar, do a little pre gaming without the Vegas prices and chat it up with them. You won’t regret it.

This hotel has a great location. Close enough to easily walk to the casinos on Fremont street, but not so close to hear the noise. Very quiet hotel, very friendly staff, clean minimalist room. I would suggest that the hotel add a full length mirror and maybe a bar to hang clothing on with hangers as an added convenience for guests. We would definitely stay again. Also great little coffee station with great coffee every morning! And last but not least, free parking for hotel guests as it should be, I love that!

Property is very nice and well kept. Walking distance to casinos and clubs. However, upon our return lots of transients where sleeping on the sidewalk which made us feel a bit unsafe.

Public parking not on premises! Sketchy. Fees charged, for amenities NOT USED. Front desk does not check you in, YOU do it yourself on iPad provided & activate your own room keys. They really push drinking. Bar right as you walk in. Not family friendly! Pay more $$ to stay elsewhere.It served our purpose. Beds were somewhat comfy. No fridge or microwave. Felt safe inside property, Walls around building so the homeless cannot panhandle. Again, this is Vegas.

A short walk from Fremont Street Experience past some cool bars and restaurants. More quiet and accessible than the hotel casinos. Convenience store one block away, grocery store and deli 3 blocks. Small lounge in the lobby with a bar. Friendly staff! No fridge in the room but ice is free and plentiful. I'll go back.

Staff is Wonderful. Had an incredible stay! Gym is sufficient to Kick Yo Azz. 24hr Bar on property! Lots of Incredible Food and Brew, literally steps away. Nice place, will return. ~W~

The room was clean and crisp.the a.c. was amazing at low, we were chilled!!! The shower was roomy abd the little dressing room was great to be able to be slightly private while getting ready that left the bathroom able to be used. The bar is 24hrs and the staff are very fun and hospitable. The fire pit is really great. Of course it was to warm for us to enjoy it, but it is state of the art and a very cool space. They have a golf course in the courtyard, it is a bit aged, as well as the carpets leading to the rooms, but besides that...it is a great place to stay!!!!

Clean room. The shower place was not maintained properly and water would stuck. Had to call the service. Old air conditioners make a lot of noise, had to run all the time and yet won't cool enough. No fridge or microwave oven was provided and not even allowed to use the common kitchen. Staff wasn't very supportive. Breakfast was included in the deal but when we reached on property we were told only black coffee is served free. Great location by the way. Parking was free but open public parking and had a lot of homeless people roaming around during night time.

It would be great as a one-night stay, if you're just looking for a place to sleep for the night or want to be close to Fremont street. There were a lot of great attractions within walking distance. Our main grievances: The lobby had a strong cleaner smell to it the moment we walked in. Not bleach, but more like fabuloso that stayed there through our two night stay. We were put in the second building which seemed a little run down. Lights were very dim in the hallways at night. The room had a lot of paint and chip damage near the floor boards when we first got there and the AC Unit had buttons missing (still usable though). If the air wasn't running, it smelled a bit musty. The shower was poorly designed because water would get all over the bathroom floors unless you kept the curtain 3/4 open. The bathroom door also didn't quite close all the way because it didn't fit in the doorway. Walls are also pretty thin. You could hear folks below and through the bathroom walls.

Front staff is shady. The front desk kid told a stranger that was following me what room I was in and who was in the room with me, right off the reservation screen. Police had to get involved. Then later I find out he tried picking up my lady at the bar while she waited for me. Let this be your warning.
