The photos of the property look splendid. But please don’t be fooled, these photos must have been taken a long time ago. Upon arrival the property smelt like a cigar shop and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The property is furnished as shown in the photos, but clearly wear and tear has had a massive effect since. It’s in need of new furniture and a re paint. The hosts were very very unhelpful. Didn’t check to see if we had checked in okay, no communication at all. The apartments key is via a phone link that you are sent (very helpful as all guest have a key), however the hosts can set the lock time. On the final night, the online key was accidentally set by the hosts to lock at 00:00 instead of our check-out time of 11:00am. This meant when we arrived back at the apartment, we were locked out ALL night. I tried ringing and messaging the host throughout the night but no answer, they claim they have 24/7 service but this isn’t true. At around 8am we finally were allowed access to the apartment and we agreed with the host that we can extend the check-in till 12:00 due to the inconvenience and need to sleep, we even arranged with the host for the cleaners to turn up later. We were instead awoken by the cleaners at 11:00 before we had chance to wake up and clean. The cleaners went round whilst we was still in the apartment and took photos. These photos were then used to withhold our deposit (even though after the photos were taken we cleaned up everything) AVOIDDD

Dicen que estan en Salamanca y es falso, luego no habia internet y no hubo manera de que solucionaran durante toda la estadia, el aire acondicionado deficiente en el cuarto ppal, uno de los baños con la ducha dañada, la atención por el chat es muy lenta, entraron un dia en la mañana pensando que no habia nadie, me dejaron otro dia sin acceso al apto pensando que ya era mi salida, en fin un desastre tras otro

Un alojamiento mas que cómodo, los anfitriones estuvieron disponibles en todo momento para cualquier consulta. El lugar estaba limpio, la estancia ha sido fantástica, sin duda alguna repetiríamos!

Property was in a good location. Clean and comfortable. Upstairs bathroom had a very low ceiling so my husband and sons had to use the downstairs shower but that was only a very minor inconvenience.

This apartment is rented out through a professional agency and is only serving as a rental apartment. This means that all is kept to a bare minimum. So the kitchen equipment is very scars. The top floor has a very low sealing and is was difficult to stand there (even for my wife) and thus I could not use the topfloor shower. It was not very clean upon arrival - only quickly cleaned. Communication during the stay was good, but before the stay it was very slow and and not fulfilling. the agency insists on having all communications and payment done through other channels than VRBO, which is also not very comforting. All in all we would not choose this apartment again.
